Wiltonscape came out and fixed my broken sprinkler head, They made sure that it worked properly before they left. They left a card with my wife if I needed to reach them. They did take care of the problem. Thank you for being a company.that stands by its word.

They used to be much better years ago, before they doubled their prices. They usually do a good job but most of their people have no regard for your property. If there is ANYTHING on your lawn other than grass, it will be run over and annihilated. If there were high winds and stuff has blown on your lawn, they will shred it into thousands of pieces and leave it there making your lawn look worse than it did. They run over gutters, plants, flowers and anything else is knocked over by the leaf blower. They leave it for YOU to clean up.

Our neighborhood experienced repeated power outages, DTE sent a representative, to service the power line and restore power. During that process, a significant amount lawn damage occurred. After submitting a claim, I was asked by DTE to find a team to fix this. That’s where Brad and Tony from WiltonScape stepped in.

Words cannot express how impressed I am with their work. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and committed to ensuring everything was done right. They took great care to restore my lawn, and the results were outstanding. You’d never know any damage had occurred.

What really stood out was how they went above and beyond. They noticed my sidewalks had become overgrown from the previous homeowner and, without hesitation, offered to take care of it using their tools. They told me it would only take about an hour, and sure enough, it did. What would have taken me a full day or two to do myself, they completed quickly, cleanly, and with genuine pride in their work. My neighbors have also shared how much they appreciate being able to use the sidewalk freely again, and are genuinely enjoying this long-overdue improvement.

Brad and Tony clearly care about the quality of their craftsmanship and the satisfaction of their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication these days. I’m incredibly grateful for their time, effort, and attention to detail. WiltonScape turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one, leaving my property looking better than before.

I am a first time client. I called Chris at 9am on a Sunday needing an urgent cut front and back (first of the season cut) and Chris was cutting my grass by 1030. He is a great communicator and arrives on time and gets right to work! Definitely will be getting on a weekly schedule 👍🏽

I called them out for a estimate which that came... when they emailed me the price they forgot a tree in the estimate....I talked to one person in email and asked her for a updated price with the tree in the estimate now no one answer calls or returns emails... guess I'll go somewhere else.

Dont waste your time! They might do a decent job cutting your lawn but their sprinkler services are over priced and the quality is poor. Call a "Sprinkler Company" not a lawn service to work on your sprinklers!

Disregarding the only other review I called and scheduled an appointment to winterize my sprinkler system. My appointment was set for Friday at 6pm as I work till 5:30. The lady called me the next day and asked if I can do an earlier time like 3pm or so. I told her that I work till 5:30 and won't be able to make it home any earlier than 6pm. I was home at 5:59 PM that friday and although had a ton of work and other things going on, I waited till 7pm and no one showed up. I left them a message that same day and no one has gotten back to me yet. Just like the other review said, don't waste your time and money, these people are not professional and they don't respect your time.

Wow! Surprised at these reviews. This company has been in business over 40 years, and have maintained my lawn for a few years now. I always get great customer service, and feel that the prices are low, in comparison. Sometimes, I get other work done (fall clean up, dirt, mulch, seeding, rocks delivered) and it has been completed on time. I'm a customer as long as I remain in their service area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT ever go with this company, even if you're desperate. My service was supposed to be weekly....every week I got multiple citations from the city because they would not come out when they were supposed to and my lawn would go at least 2 weeks without being cut. Throughout the month of service I paid for, they never corrected this issue and continued to come out biweekly (if not longer). I'd have to call and get on them every time I needed them to come out. And good luck getting a follow up or speaking with anyone other than their receptionist. On my last cut, they did not do my backyard and the grass was over a foot and a half long. To this day they never came out to fix it and only claimed to charge me for a "half a cut", whatever that means. Not only this they damaged a gutter drain that was attached to my house, must have ran over it with a lawnmower because it was all mangled. Still waiting for the company to "follow up" regarding a solution to this or for them to replace it like they suggested they would do. No one has reached out to me regarding this issue. I will be reaching out to the better business Bureau. These people are crooks. Go with any other service but Bushwackers. They are highly unprofessional and inconsistent.
