As someone who used to do sewer cleans out with his dad back in the 60's I know how difficult it can be break through a clog. Gerry has been out several times to my house and although it looked the sewer service line wouldn't unclog, he never gave up and eventually cleared the line. Can't recommend G J Sewer enough!!!

So thankful for this little gem. They came out, and looked at the situation for me. I was able to meet who I'm letting in my home to fix the issue. When the pipes are clogged your whole life stops. So it's stressful to think about the cost which was more than fair. I am tickled pink. Thank you.

The plumber fixed the problem, but threw away some small but significant parts (the caps that covered the screws at the base of the toilet). When I called about this, I was told that the caps weren't on the toilet that day (I watched the plumber remove them). I was also told that someone would come by with replacement parts. That never happened. After two trips to the hardware store to buy the parts myself, I'm still unable to put the parts on. The base looks awful with those exposed screws. Will never call GJ Sewer again.

These guys are a lifesaver. I've had root problems that multiple plumbers have told me would cost $10,000+ to fix. Jerry comes in and knocks out the problem. Only company I'll trust to give me an honest assessment

They did a GREAT job! Even came out the same day. Called the other more well known companies out 3 times within two months and NONE of them fully unclogged our main drain the way GJ Sewer Repair did. Was even told by others our line may have collapsed and wanted to charge us THOUSANDS just to check! Jerry talked us through step by step what he was doing and insured us he saw no signs of a collapsed pipe. Had no idea the larger companies were just poking a HOLE in the debris and tree roots that were clogging the drain. GJ actually cuts away all the roots and COMPLETELY CLEARED the main drain. We have had no problems and will only recommend GJ Sewer Repair in the future. The cost is worth it!

Our toilet is an older model and definitely was a rough one to work on. Ken powered through it and gave us an extremely fair price. We will definitely be calling them again if any other problems come up.

This is the best by far. They came on time. He knew what he was doing , we had a nice professional conversation. Also he cleaned up after himself. GJ has over 30 years of experience in plumbing and it shows!! Highly recommend 10/10. Also pricing is fair and reasonable.

We knew we had a big problem, didn't know who to trust. A big named co.
showed us by camera that our 70 year old homes pipes below our basement concrete floor were rotted. A friend of a friend who was a city inspector for many years suggested using Gj sewer because of their knowledge and honesty. Called Diane who was very kind and knowledgeable . Jon and River were excellent and worked very hard to complete this huge job in two days. They were a tad less expensive than all the other estimates.
We fully trusted that Jon was in control of this huge job but because it was such a huge expense to us (retirees) we were quite anxious. Every question or concern we had was knowledgeably answered.
They did an excellent job and an excellent clean up.
We would call GJ Sewer again if we had to do it all over again.
We are grateful for the them and for the recommendation to call them.

We had sewage backing up into our basement and contacted this company since our son had used them before. We called on a Saturday and left a message. They called back within 30 minutes and said they were on a job but would stop by when they were finished. They called again when they were on their way. I can’t say enough about the owner and his employee. We had to call the city Monday to find out for sure where the drain went. Everything is great now!!!! So professional and very caring as well!

Very good professional, but most of all a very trustworthy company. Jerry is the best, we had a main drain collapse that he confirmed after working for 2 hours to try to open the clog. He pointed us to another great plumbing company(Armstrong Plumbing)to fix the break. They came right out and fixed the problem without raking us through the coals in payment. Thank you Jerry for taking such good care of us.

Would 100% recommend this business to come and fix any issue you may have with plumbing! Our "lovely" old Redford basement has has constant issues with backing up and flooding over the few years of us renting and every other company that came out seemed to be incapable of helping us or only temporary fixing the issue so after searching we found G J Sewer and we're so glad we did! Not only did they show up quick, but they fixed it in such a timely manner. Also loved how professional yet very personable they were as well. Great people and also pricing was ideal!
