I had a tree come down in a hazardous position during a storm. Sherry, Ryan and the crew were courteous and did everything they could to make sure they could help out in a reasonable amount of time. The price was fair and their service is impeccable.

Customer Service expectations have changed. Have called them for tree removal and stump grinding in the past. They were polite, efficient and fairly priced. Recently called for their services. Did not receive a return call until after I had placed 3 calls to them. When they finally called back I was told that they were too busy to assist with a smaller job and wouldn't come out until the fall. While it is easy to understand a tree service being busy in the springtime, it was insulting to have my call ignored and my return business summarily dismissed

Amazing company. The snow has been going for about six hours now and the men have not stopped working. They are doing an immaculate job. One of the workers had us move our cars so he could plow our parking spots so we wouldn’t be stuck and has also plowed the drive way to our garage. Very grateful for people like this!

I'm retired and some days I twiddle my thumbs . On Aug 31, 2022 I was able to watch Oakland Tree Service work in my condo association . Mark and his crew were professional and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them for your tree Service needs

Wow !!! Unbelievable !!! I had a large Spruce in my front yard that needed to be removed. I have not had good luck with contractors in the past (I admit I'm VERY picky), but with no time to do it myself I contacted Oakland Tree Service. They were to remove the tree, grind the stump and also remove a brush pile that had accumulated in my garden over the past couple of years. They contacted me the morning of the job to ask a couple of questions (if they could move something temporarily, where they could access the yard, etc), and went to work. When I got home that evening I was amazed !!! I would be hard pressed to tell you that a Tree ever existed in that space. The stump was gone and the hole was filled, and they even re-spread all the Cedar Shred in the bed, not a sign that the tree was ever there !!! The wasn't a branch or pine cone or wood chip left anywhere... I mean it was spotless !!! The brush pile in the yard, every last scrap of it, was gone down to the dirt in the bed !!! The price I was quoted was very reasonable, and the work impeccable !!! These are the guys you want doing your tree removal work !!! Thanks Oakland for a job BEYOND well done !!!

Could't be happier! I had a rush job because of a new roof being put in. They were able to get me a quote the same day and able to fit me in quickly to get the job done in time. They cleaned up very well after the project.

I called them for a quote and they came that evening and came to cut down the tree 2 days later. Very polite and nice guys. I would certainly call them again if I needed another tree cut down. They made sure everything was cleaned up and did a great job!

The crew just left after taking down a storm-damaged tree...complete clean-up, including removal of ALL debris ( used a leaf blower on the road!) timely service and communication , polite, professional crew. Truly exceeded expectations; highly recommended!

Mark and Jacob just finished after spending the day completely (stump and all) removing 12 trees and numerous stumps from the yard. Not only that but they trimmed up a large branch off the back garage and others in the yard. On top of that they had to remove sections of our fence to get some of the trees out because they had grown through the fence! Mark and Jacob put the fence back together so my dogs would be safe. And they were courteous and professional. They did an amazing job, I would recommend them to anyone!

First of all they were on time and clean. They asked lots of questions so we both knew exactly what they were going to do and although I deviated with one part of the plan late in the game there was no problem with their making the change.
You can trust their work and word and clean up promises were kept.
Also their prices were very competitive! They will work with you.

Oakland Tree Service did an absolutely FABULOUS Job with our tree removal. We had a complicated job with the removal and stumping of six cotton wood trees(all well over 100ft tall) and a maple from out backyard. The workers had to negotiate tight spaces, with the above ground electrical, play structure, and our house, but they did it like pros. I cannot say enough good things about them but I am going to try.
When I first called, I went to voice mail, but I left one and the receptionist called me back the next day. The day after John, came out to give me an estimate, which I felt was fair based on the time of year and the scope of my work. He did not account for the Crane, but the weekend before the work was slated to begin Mark the general manager came out for a visit and informed me that a crane would be necessary and that there would not be a price change for that ( awesome).
The job took two days for the removal start to finish. We had a crane operator in the entire first day. The large segments of tree were cut by Mark who spent most of that time climbing the trees out of the bucket. The segments were then lifted and swung very gently over the house. This was done for every tree in a top down fashion. At one point there was a segment of trunk that was 4500lb going over the top of the house D=. Between Marks cutting precision and the Crane operator's (Robin) steady hand they made it look easy. They are truly skilled and it was amazing to watch them tackle this job. The boys on the ground ( Jacob and Phillip) did a great job too, catching and spinning in coming segments of tree. Cutting logs to stack or chip. I literally had several tons of wood in my front yard by the end of day one, and by 5pm the next day it was gone. And in the end after stumping, their clean up was awesome, the left our yard cleaner then it was to start :D.
Overall it was a great experience, and when I need to have the three large cotton woods I have left down in front, I know who I am going to call.

These guys are the best. We have had them to our home twice to take care of several dead trees. They do everything they promise to do, charge the amount they quoted, show up on the day they said they'd show up AND they clean up everything. On top of all that, they are the nicest people, very respectful of our home, property and pets. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Oakland Tree Service provided top-notch service at a very reasonable price. Mark and his team could not have been more professional and the results are outstanding. My husband and I will undoubtedly call them for future projects. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about Oakland Tree Service. Jon came out and provided an estimate next day and Mark and his crew showed up and removed three trees and ground the stumps in my backyard just half a week later. Super professional, left my yard clean and tidy, very friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Would give this company 10 stars if I could. Excellent job. We had a large Ash Tree cut down, stump removed, 10 foot tall and wide dead bush removed, stump ground, old stump removed and various trees trimmed. They were very professional, on time and made sure they knew what we wanted. When done they made sure the job was to our satisfaction before leaving. Cleaned everything up at the end. Over the years we have hired various tree companies who were not very good. So happy we found Oakland.

This is a fantastic company. John came out for estimate and gave us a great discount and price for our job. Mark and Jake did an excellent job removing trees, branches and stumps. They were very courteous and friendly. They cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service! Called them right after an ice storm. Received a call back the same day, and they were out the next day to remove my damaged tree. They were professional, respectful and efficient. They raked my yard clean, took all the tree limbs, branches and twigs after cutting my tree down. I called 3 other companies, prices were higher than Oakland and they said they were two+ weeks before they could get to me. I recommend Oakland Tree Service any day. Thank you for not taking advantage of the customer, and creating a positive service experience after such a huge ice storm.

Great team. Took down a very tall tree and some sketchy limbs for us. Very focused on safety and taking care of all items agreed to.
