Randy could have came to my house and quoted me for several thousand dollars on things I did not actually need and I would have been none the wiser. He instead was completely honest and after inspecting the outer and inner walls of my home, told me I didn't need his services at all as the issue I was having was merely cosmetic and non-structural. If I were you, I would trust these people.

Randy went through the entire process with me before hand. And the guys that came were prompt, polite and worked really hard. The job that was completed was high-quality. the plumber that came also did an excellent job. He helped me hook up a new utility tub. They covered all my things in the basement really well with plastic so that they wouldn’t get dirty. They even made sure that my water wasn’t turned off for too long by using quick Dry cement in the area of my well pump so that they were able to put it back at the end of the first day. The whole job only took a day and a half.

I had a great experience. Pete and Mike were very nice and knowledgeable about their services. When it came to the work, the workers were also incredible, taking their time and providing great results.

Punctual, polite, professional, and probably other compliments that start with "P!" Randy took a look at my basement walls and explained the repair situation in terms I could understand without talking down to me. He gave me a rundown of my options and the price range, which was nice because some companies seem to dodge the price issue until the last minute. He even showed up early to the appointment (but called first to make sure it was okay)!

They came out and looked at our basement. We were told that everything was good, but it was just cosmetic repairs that were needed. They did a wonderful job. They were very professional, clean, and answered any questions we had. We will definitely call them for any other work we need!!!

Their professionalism, neatness, and attention to detail was top notch. I highly recommend this company. My home was built in the 1800s and it comes with some 'quirks' that this team handled with ease. This company and their team of professionals are some of the best contractors I have had the pleasure of meeting and hiring. Justin, Casey and Emilio were fantastic as well as extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions throughout the process. The work they did amazes me. Very clean installation and really took it the next level. I had three other foundation company's out for quotes and they all declined to go into this crawl space but, Foundation Restoration happily took up the task and they did not disappoint. A friendly group of professionals from start to finish!

Jacob came out to look at the problem. He was very professional and very down to earth. Felt like I already knew him. I would recommend him to anyone!! He goes above and beyond. Randy came over to look at my floor joists which had been improperly cut in multiple places by the previous owners causing our first level flooring to sink and cracking to appear throughout the house. Randy was not only professional, but honest in his assessment of my situation and the fix I had already attempted. I did not feel pressured to a sale and he gave me confidence with no imaginary fear of what my situation “could be”. I highly recommend this company and if I ever have issues in the future, will 100% be calling them again. Thank you!

We have a high water table and were concerned if we had structural issues after 3 decades. Foundation Restoration inspected our incapsulated crawl space and found a little movement. They reinforced the existing beam and suggested adding a dehumidifier.

They were prompt with the initial inspection and squeezed our small job in very quickly, 3 weeks before promise date! Our installers Josh and Justin, were prompt, courteous, professional and respectful of our home. Highly recommend. All around, great experience.

Jacob is like a personal concierge who explains what you need and is always available and readily happy to answer any and all of your questions - general or very technical. All American materials used so peace of mind.

Four years later, everything is still perfect. There’s no humidity, our furnace and tank are protected, and our air quality has noticeably improved. The work Randy and his team did was high quality, long-lasting, and truly gave us peace of mind.

Had some pretty major foundation work done in my crawl; supporting the main beam, floor joists replaced, extra support jacks and insulation done. Did the work with a fair price and super fast! They are totally prompt with the time frame and I didn’t think it would have been possible but they did all in two days. Sales rep Jeff was helpful and friendly. The guys that performed the work were very professional, quick and even friendly. Angie on the phone is great making sure I’m happy and understood everything. This is truly a great company and I found them on google so I must say I agree with the 5 star rating they carry. I would highly recommend!!

I had a fantastic experience with Foundation Restoration from start to finish, and I am relieved that I called them after nearly being robbed by a competitor company. I really appreciated Jacob's integrity and knowledge and was pleasantly surprised by how conscientious the guys were in keeping damage to my lawn and surrounding garden to a minimum. Fair and honest company, highly recommended.

We had a couple companies come out to give quotes and Foundation Restoration was the most reasonable. Randy the salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able to get us scheduled for the next day! The crew came out the next day and installed drain tile, wall insulation and encapsulated our crawl space in one day. Now the space is usable and will help keep moisture away from our house. Randy has really educated me for two weeks on my Foundation, Window well filling with rain with no drain, entering basement, cracks in the walls. Weeping tile etc.. Most important to listen and ask plenty of questions for other Restoration companies raising your temperature of $ & stress for repairs items and quotes that you didn't understand what they were talking about. Yes, listen and when you have all your notes, then call Randy. He's knowledgeable, honest, kind, truthful and will explain all in detail with choices...He cares and will fix your Issue. He is your solid 2nd opinion.

We had a great experience with Foundation Restoration. Randy came.to our house to check out a leak we had on a wall in our crawl space. It turns out that there was a leak in the water filtration system attached to the wall. This was great news as it is an easy fix. I greatly appreciated the timeliness, friendliness, honesty, and the no trip charge! Really amazing customer service! If we do have any issues in the future we will definitely be calling FR back. We would also refer them to anyone we know who has an issue. Thanks again Randy!

Had several companies come out for a wall falling in my basement. Pete was the most knowledgeable salesman out of the bunch. Took more time to look at every aspect of the job and see different issues that no one else caught. Foundation wasn’t the cheapest but their work I feel is going to last much longer than the fixes that the other guys suggested. Once scheduled they were on time and very courteous.

I had some helical piers installed by Foundation Restoration, for a new roof overhang and deck project. Randy and Josh were super quick to respond and easy to work with. They gave me a better price and quicker service than a competitor. And the installation crew was outstanding - they hit the locations for the piers right on the money. These guys are good!
