What starts out friendly and professional ends in a lost order. Mike came out to give us an estimate on a small improvement job on our front of house gutters. Allied was recommended by our next door neighbor. Seemed like a fair price so I gave them the go ahead to do the work which I was told would be done the following week. A week later on Tuesday I called as I had not nbeen contacted with an installation date. I was told it would be done that Thursday ad they would give me a call the next day to the specific time. The next day comes and goes, no contact. Thursday morning I contacted the rep (MIKE), told him what happened and he told me the installation was going to be done on Friday, and that I would receive a call on the specific time by noon that day (Thursday). Still no call by noon so I followed up with the office. They blamed it on rain, (0.00" that day) and said they didn't know when they could schedule. I then called Mike (rep) who offered NO help. The office then called back that day and said they had NO idea when they could do the job. I told them to CANCEL my order. I have never dealt with a company that had such poor communication and lack of integrity!

REVISION:
Shortly after writing this review, I was contacted by the owner concerning my issues. He made no excuses, but asked if he could make this right. He sent a crew out first thing in the morning the NEXT day and they took care of the job. They were friendly, professional and did good work. The owner acknowledged they need to work on communication within the company, but the finished job was just what I asked for. Give them a shot, as they have proved to me that they want to please!

We have had a few quotes for gutters for our garage and the price always made us just wait. Last week I saw Allied putting gutters on a neighbors house and figured I’d give them a call. Someone called back with a quote the next day and they came out this week to do the job. The gutters look great and the guys that showed up were nice and friendly to my wife. I couldn’t be happier.

Allied was at my home at time scheduled. The crew was friendly, professional, courteous and handled my concerns beyond all my expectations. I had gutters and downspouts replaced. Allied Gutters did an incredible job replacing my existing gutters. Not knowing going into it, they used top of the line gutters (the shiny powdercoated steel style and not the matte style). Absolutely love them. We did a walk around before the crew got started and they executed beyond my requests. They turned around my 1500sqft and 600sqft detached garage in 3 hours flat.
