I had a problem with my septic system so I called Stan at Bob's septic. He figured out my pump problem and cleaned my tanks. I haven't had a problem since.Thank you Stan!

Thought I might have a issue with my septic system called them at 930am and they shutter up to my house by 1pm got everything all sucked out and good to go. Very professional and polite will definitely use again in 3 years when need another cleaning.

If I could give this company and staff 0 stars I would. I used these company for an event and dealing with them was terrible. Condescending liars with a stuck up attitude. No one has answers. No one gets back to you when promised and the women answering the phone were the worst group of women I ever dealt with. I would not recommend! Terrible customer service! Terrible with call backs. I would never use their services again! Prices are lower but you get exactly what you pay for. Terrible people and a horrible service. They truly suck. And they don’t try to help you at all!

I called several companies late on Friday night with an emergency. Most did not answer but Bob's had an emergency phone number. Stan came out as scheduled Saturday morning and not only took care of the problem he helped me understand how to prevent it in the future.

You should probably refrain from having your secretary make business decisions for the company. That behavior will cost you a lot of money and did today! Learn to tell the difference between a cold call and a business call! In case you don’t understand you live in a thank you economy now! And when you treat calllers like dirt word gets around! And it gets around fast! Have the a fantastic day!

Been renting from Bob's for about 12 years now. Never any problems and the delivery drivers have always been willing to put the potty wherever I need it!! Everything is always very clean and in great shape!!

We have been using Bob's Sanitation services for 10+ years. Stan is amazing! He has saved the day for us on many occasions/emergencies. He is quick to respond, helpful, honest, doesn't overcharge or gouge customers, does a fantastic job, and is easy to work with. He treats his customers like family.
