Constraction reviews in Roseville, Michigan

Excellent business with very good work ethic. The workmanship is perfect. The owner and all the contracted workers are honest and take pride in their work.

Everything went smoothly. Joe stayed in constant contact. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge.

It's hard to roll the dice on contractors online. But take it from me, these guys are top notch A1. Had my roof done on three outdoor structures, 10 out of 10 job and they did it without one complaint from me. Great work and great service!

Joseph has worked diligently with us and our insurance company to help us with our roof/gutter replacement and other areas of our home damaged by storms. He has been very good communicating with us promptly and helping us navigate through the complexities of home repair.
He is still in the process of completing the remainder of the repairs on our home and I am confident he will see it through to completion based on what I've witnessed thus far. I'll update if anything changes, but I just wanted to post this while it's on my mind.

Joseph's masons rebuilt our chimney literally from the ground up. They managed to find a brick that was a near-match to our unusual, discontinued existing brick. You really can't tell it's not the same brick from the street. The crew was friendly and professional, and their work was beautiful despite the many freak rainstorms they had to deal with. We're happy with the end result.

Joesph was outstanding to work with. We needed a roof, gutters, back covered porch and a total kitchen remodel. His team were very respectful and satisfied all of our needs with these repairs. All you have to do is sit back let Joesph know what you are looking for and let him go to work. You won’t be disappointed, not sure what I would have done without him.

Stuck through a very long and contentious (and ridiculous!) negotiation with the insurance company (who FINALLY covered our storm roof and gutter damage!) and then did a great job on the roof and gutters. This is who you want for dealing with the insurance company AND doing a quality job for you! Thorough, knowledgeable, prompt, and great communication all the way through.

I would highly recommend CUTTING EDGE to anyone looking for a general contractor. They did an excellent job on our recent home renovation project. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the quality of the work was outstanding. They were very professional and responsive to our needs, while going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product. We would not hesitate to use CUTTING EDGE again for future projects.

I highly recommend Cutting Edge Company for all your roofing needs. Their team of experienced and skilled professionals is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and workmanship. They use only the best materials and equipment to ensure that your roof is durable, long-lasting, and aesthetically pleasing. They also assist with insurance claims and are willing to fight for fair compensation on your behalf. In my personal experience, they successfully fought my insurance company for months to ensure I received payment for my roof replacement.

Cutting edge replaced my siding and now my home looks great once again. From clean up to full replacement of my new Vinyl siding my home looks like a complete change of beautified radiance.
Thank to the care of working with my insurance company and insuring that the job was done in a professional manner I could never be more satisfied from the job that was well done. Hats of to you Joe and your professional team. Mr T

Joseph is a well dedicated owner to his business and is very dedicated to his clientele. In the beginning , he said "Sit back and watch me work!" He went through a vigorous process with my insurance company to make sure that my property was restored to the original state that it was. To quite honest he's made it better. Joseph and his staff did a excellent job, he's a master at his trade. I would highly recommend to anybody I know. THANK YOU Joseph and Cutting Edge Constructions for all your help.

I would highly recommend Cutting Edge Construction for your next home project. I'm very happy and pleased with their work. They did our roof, siding, and gutters for a great price. Joseph and his crew are awesome.

Joseph and his crew helped us with a lot of
work on our property. They did our new
garage roof, home roof, gutters, sheet metal awnings and siding and also helped us replace som damaged areas where the work wasn't done well/correctly. They were extremely professional, on time, outlined the process and prices with us before they got started, and had no problem any questions I had. We wouldn't go to anyone else. Highly
recommended

Cutting edge construction replaced the roof on both my house and garage. I also had new siding, gutters and awnings replaced.

Clean up afterward was great. Joseph and his crew are very professional. Did an awesome job! I would highly recommend.

We had Cutting Edge replace our roof and we couldn’t be happier with the results. After a year long battle with AAA insurance, we finally received the funds for the roof to be replaced and interior work in our den. Joseph and his team were professional, punctual and communicated clearly throughout the process. The finished product looks fantastic and I appreciate their responsiveness to my questions. I highly recommend them for roofing services!!

Joseph and team were very personable and professional! We had multiple roofs done on our property as well as gutters on the house and it was a great experience. Would recommend them!

Joseph fought for me with my insurance claim and went above and beyond with the quality of work and value. I have been recommending him to my family and friends and we’ve been grateful for the extra effort he puts in for us (his customers). The pictures are of my chimney. The before, the during and the final product!

There's not enough good things to say about Joe and his team.
Had an emergency he was out within an hour and a half got everything fixed up for me, he walked me through the whole claims process with my insurance company. Very pleased with everything!!!!!
I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with.
