This experience was outstanding!!!
We had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in 3 rooms. Austin helped us pick out the product. John and Austin came out to answer some questions. The work was quick and professional. Rick and Ilyiah and John worked very hard to install the flooring. The rooms are so improved. They all deserve a round of applause. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you.

Floor coverings international was extremely professional and diligent.
I was EXTREMELY impressed that the owner of the company came by both days to check on things and see how the progress was going! That is how a business should be ran!
I will ONLY be dealing with this company in the future for all of my flooring needs!

Austin and his team came, saw, and conquered! From the moment he arrived, Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. He walked me through the entire flooring process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The quality of the flooring installation was top-notch — precise, clean, and completed on time. His crew was efficient, respectful, and clearly experienced. If you’re looking for expert hardwood, vinyl, or laminate flooring installation done right the first time, this is the team to call. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and high-quality flooring services!

The company was very patient with me in choosing the flooring. I made several changes in my order and there was never an issue with repricing my request. The installation went very well and they did a teally nice job on the installation of my hardwood floor. I love the floor and it looks great. They totally cleaned up everything when they were done with the job so I did not have to do the clean up. They also removed and disposed of all the old carpet in the house. I would highly recommend Ken Kish and his company. Five stars for this company.

We are so happy with our new floors! Austin was very professional and great to talk to about flooring. He was super helpful giving us different options for our budget where other companies did not. John, Rick and their crew were wonderful, talked with us about everything they were doing, fixed anything we didn’t like and got it done quick! The whole experience was great and cannot wait to have them out for future projects!

We are so happy with the work this company did for us! From the beginning of the quote to the final piece of flooring installed, these guys were awesome! Our floors look absolutely amazing, it feels like a new house! They worked quickly and were super professional and they were priced better than the other two companies we compared. Definitely recommend giving them a call

Outstanding service. Austin is a gem, friendly knowledgeable and patient with me. Rick and team did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Looks beautiful!

We had 4 bedrooms, stairs, loft and our office carpeted. Ken was great in helping us determine style and colors, as well as thickness and padding. He brought tons of samples. His team showed up on time and completed the job in one day. Great experience. Definitely recommend!

Austin was extremely helpful today. He let me know what materials/products he carried and detailed explanations on those products. He was patient answering all of my questions and trust me I had a few! Thank you so much for coming out and helping me understand this process.

Ken and Amy lead a world class operation. Austin is very thorough and responsive to customer needs and vision. You can't go wrong with this company.

We use this company first time and absolutely love our new honeycomb design tile for our bathroom. Navy blue with white grout came out beautiful. Work professional with timely two days to complete. I will use this company again in the near future.

In the ever so fickle, sorely lacking in accountability and follow-through contracting/trades industry, the presence and consistency of the later two and the lack of the former, plus the family oriented and friendly approach was truly appreciated! Overall, very pleased with the outcome. Recommend!

Easy to work with. Fast response time. Work crew who came out got the job done quick! Would recommend.

We are so happy with the carpet projects that Floor Coverings International has completed in our home. We enjoyed everything from the design choices to the quality of work and professionalism. We are grateful for the expertise too.

This is the easiest renovation I’ve ever had. From picking out the right flooring, layout, color and durability, Austin gave me the guidance to pick the correct flooring. Installation was completed and looks beautiful. It took me a while to get around to this renovation but when I met Amy and Katie at the home show, I knew they were the right company Thanks for a job well done!

Planned to so my kitchen floor myself, after I realized I needed someone who knew what they were doing I called floor coverings international. The owner Ken was willing to come by and take a look next day even though it was a Sunday. That same week I had a fantastic looking floor. They were willing to use the materials I had already bought, moved my furniture and appliances, and did the trim for me. The installer they sent was Aldo very professional and easy to talk to. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly, even running to home depot himself to get some cement screws and bits to screw the floor transition at the carpet into my cement slab.

Austin is first class with customer service and knowledge. He’s so passionate and has your best interest in mind throughout the process. I can’t recommend him enough. Appreciate everything you did for us!

We are very happy with our new flooring from Floor Coverings International! It’s beautiful! Our salesman, JR, was awesome! His “no pressure” approach allowed us to ask questions, get the samples we requested and take our time with decision making! He was reachable and followed up on all our requests. The installation crew was also amazing! They were knowledgeable and worked efficiently, making sure to take care of home in the process. I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International!
