Mike was very professional, polite,kind and patient... He was very thorough with doing his assessment of the situation and gave honest information and options to get the situation rectified and because of all his professional output we decided to purchase a brand new Heating and Cooling system from C&C. The process from the beginning to the end was very satisfactory. I highly! Recommend C&C not just a five-star company but a 100,000 and beyond star company!
