Our basement suffered damage from the 2021 sewage backups in Detroit and surrounding areas. Jenny was incredibly kind and responsive. She escalated our case and stayed in close contact. She remained in contact as the services were handled by an outside location. She made sure our family felt comfortable and confident during the entire process.

Beginning with the very first call...Servpro was amazing!! Josh the leader of the pack was so patient, knowledgeable and just overall a nice guy. His help with our flood was flawless and he went above & beyond to help us; especially, with our claim. He provided everything that we needed and thensome. I would call him again in a heartbeat. I've known Jenny and Josh (owners) for the past three years as I am an ex-insurance adjuster and still work in the insurance industry. Based on my experiences of working with them on the insurance side of things, I knew if I ever needed a restoration company, ServPro of SCS would be my only choice. I contacted Jenny on Fathers Day sunday and her guys were at my house within an hour. They quickly completing the work needing to be done, set equipment and cleaned up after themselves. They returned to monitor the equipment for the next two days and removed equipment today. I am very familiar with the drying processes, where things should be and where equipment goes - they followed all IICRC guidelines to a tee. All of the guys (Matt, Bill and Dan) were all Super professional, courteous, efficient and clean. I would Highly recommend them to anybody needing minor to major restoration.

I called serv pro because we had a a patch of wet spots in the corner of my basement. Josh Dishaman came out and was very friendly, professional and informative. He told us it was most likely our sump pump and took the time to give us advice about sump pumps, back ups, what equipment to use to dry out our small patch of wet carpet and more. I will 100% call his office if I ever need anything. Highly recommend.

Wow! Josh with Servpro was extremely professional and courteous. He helped keep us calm during this stressful time as he took care of our flooded basement. He did a great job and now we can't even tell that the basement was wet!

Coming home to find ceiling tiles all over your basement from a small leak that built up is not fun at all, especially in your very first home. SERVPRO exceeded my expectations in making my basement like new again. I was worried about the smell and thought it was going to be a huge job. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they did it so quickly! The guys came the following day and had everything done in a short amount of time. Even communicating with Jenny, the owner, was easy. I am a school teacher and can't always call so we scheduled everything via text. I am beyond happy with the services and cannot day enough about the entire experience. Thank you again Servpro!

When our basement flooded last month , we picked up the phone and they had people sent out to us within three to five hours. Now that may seem like a long time, but let's not forget there were thousands of others who had the same issue as I did that same day. They are professional, courteous, and they treat you like family. They kept me updated every step of the way, no matter how small this step was. I was always informed. This company's service was great at drying my family's basement emergency! Josh was quick to get there when called and thoroughly explained his plan. The job was completed in the estimated time frame. We have no more smells! Everything is good! I highly recommend SERVPRO!

After I discovered my water heater had failed and my basement was flooded I called ServPro. They had representatives to my house within an hour and after they walked me through the process and necessary steps the technicians were on site only another hour later.

They took care of everything while openly communicating with me every step of the way whether that was face to face or via text as they all provided me cell phone numbers.

The job was completed quickly and was done in a professional manner. I could not have asked for better support in a difficult and unexpected situation. A+ all the way around.

They do a great job on tear outs but trying to get it repaired is something else. Josh was not professional at all when just asking for an estimate to get it repaired by paying cash he said look else where after they tore my kitchen apart .The crew was excellent tearing out what needed to be done so now I have to search for a place to get my kitchen back together.

Never was about cost of estimate and I was not asking for free estimate I assume you would tear out and repair when you were able to do so all I asked was for approx cost to see if I had to turn into my insurance for the water damage .

Devon and Xavier came out to clean my spare bedroom because my cat sprayed throughout the whole room. They took everything out of the closet, removed all the furniture, ripped out the carpet and pad, washed the walls and ceiling and washed the floor and sealed it. They were extremely helpful and thorough. Nicki and Mel came out a few days later to put everything back in my closet. They were extremely helpful also. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends!

I had a fiberglass contamination from a bed-in-a-box (thanks Casper..) and I had no clue how to deal with it. After calling around, Josh agreed to come look at my case. They were so companionate and kind. They promised me they would get my bedroom cleaned (couldn’t afford the whole house unfortunately) Nikki and Mel came out today and did an outstanding job! They literally saved my life! I know from experience that fiberglass contamination is a scary situation with little known information so I hope that my review reaches people and people know that SERVpro of St Clair shores can help!!

We discovered a mold issue in our home and Servpro of St. Clair Shores was great! Josh explained everything in detail during the initial inspection/estimate and answered all our questions. Bill and Missy came out to resolve the issue and they did a great job in just a few hours and were very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned and all ready for my husband to put up be drywall.

Nikki and Bill from Servepro were fantastic! They had my home protected and moved furniture from water damage from a broken pipe. Bill had to cut ceilings and they cleaned up the debris really well. They were so nice to work with and just a pleasure to be around. Thank you both for an outstanding job!!!!

Josh and Jenny were life-savers, coming in while we were still in shock and helping us make sense of what we needed to do and working directly with our insurance company. They immediately prioritized air quality/smoke removal to protect our health and safety and then carefully handled the cleaning, removal, and storage of our belongings and other mitigation steps. They certainly earned all of the trust we placed in them and along with the entire team including Missy, Steven, Christy, Tom and others treated our home with respect and professionalism as if it were their own.
