This was my second or third time dealing with Berkley Appliance and they are awesome.
Called to make sure part was available and they had it ready for me to pick up inside of an hour.
Also had a nice chat with Old Jim for several minutes and he gave me some advice for installing the new part and operating my washer. You can’t get that kind of service online.

We've used Berkley Appliance for a number of jobs--big and small-- at our house and at a rental house. They're responsive, do great work, and their prices are fair. Most recently we had them look at the control panel on our electric range. They could have sold us on an expensive repair, but suggested we just get a new range. Ended up paying a reasonable price for the service call--and the advice. Very impressed.

I had Berkley Appliance Repair come out to fix my Washer because the Washer's agitator was not rotating. It was easy to contact a live person to schedule the repair. Patrick, the repair person, came out to the house within the time window I was given and he was able to fix my washer within 20 minutes and for less than $150.00 total. Additionally Patrick is a nice guy. Based on my positive experience with Berkley repair I would recommend them to family and friends.
