I recently had Hulett Heating and Cooling come out to fix my water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He responded quickly, showed up on time, and immediately diagnosed the issue. I don’t know if this company or the technician, Tony, is a scammer. He asked me to pay $1,700 for new parts, saying my old circuit board had caused the motor to break. He came and replaced the motor but left the old circuit board in place, then told me everything was all set. Why would anyone left the bad part on and cause the new part to break again?

When I opened the furnace and saw the old circuit board still there, I confronted him. He said he was sorry and admitted he made a bad judgment. Said he would come back with the new parts and fix it which is not the case.

I don’t care if he’s sorry—he’s only sorry because he got caught. I want my money back. I still haven’t received any phone calls from the company or the owner.
