It Was Saturday Morning and my Refrigerator was making a clicking sound, after further inspection I found that my start relay had burnt out, after checking with 4 stores in my town (Big Rapids) and 4 or 5 phone calls, This was the only place that had this part (a part that fits many models). He was very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend this business.

Have used this business for over 16 years. have recommended them to family members also. they are always honest and considerate and reasonable. Rocky and Kevin will always be my go to for repairs....

Called at 9:30 AM, asked for service,they returned call 15 minuets later to report service man was dispatched. He showed up within the hour. Determined the problem and fixed my range in short order. Courteous clean efficient, had all the parts needed to complete the job on site. I recommend them to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Kevin was pretty awesome! He had my washer diagnosed and fixed in less than half an hour. Extremely reasonably priced too.

Rocky was excellent as a service man. They answered both my calls and came when they said they would. They had the part on their truck for my dryer and replaced it on the same trip. I will use them again.

I've used these guys for about ten years now and they've never let me down. Rocky has fixed my Refrigerator and Oven. Kevin has fixed my dryer and diagnosed my washing machine this morning. Professional, Responsive and VERY affordable. These guys are the last of their breed and I respect the heck out of them. Not everything in our society should be disposable. IMO.

Follow up: It's now Fri. 4/17 and Kevin has already diagnosed, fixed and re-installed the washer hub assembly on my (cheap) GE. Money is really tight right now and I couldn't afford a new one so he came through big time. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Fantastic service! Came the same day we called and had our refrigerator up and running again in about a half hour. Very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!!

LG washer/dryer unit on it's 4th drain pump in 4 years! The first went bad in the first year. This was my first of 3 contacts with Advanced. I have spoken to the same woman all 3 times. She is always calm, professional and very specific about fees and timeframes. The first contact did not result in service, due to covid related time delays, but I bookmarked them due to the satisfactory response, given the circumstances. 2 years later, pump died again. Contacted them: same woman again very specific with fees and we can come there tomorrow, but will call if sooner. Infact called back the same day to come out. Tech showed up, quoted a decent price to fix it right now - Done in an hour. Last thing he said was 30 day warranty.... Glad he said that because this pump only lasted 3 days :( Called again, same -same, no attitude, just we can be there day after tomorrow and will call if sooner. She called the next day to come then. Not home so he came back with nobody home. Got home that night and the washer was fixed. No paperwork or bill, just a working washer. I called the next day to follow up. Same girl, says yes, we fixed it. Umm, thanks? Any charge? NONE! $0! This part will likely fail again ( it's been almost a month now ) and I will call Advanced again. Thank you for great service!!

Three Appliance repair places that I called said they did not or could not work on my 48" range. Advanced Appliance said no problem. They came out and did an excellent job! I will recommend them from now on. Thank you Advanced!

Abysmal customer service.
My wife and I were experiencing staining on our clothes from the washing machine. The technician diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a $450 fix. After the machine was "repaired" we ran a few loads in the wash and noticed more staining, so now we’ve destroyed even more clothes. Additionally a screw went missing from the face of our dryer after the repairs were done so now that panel is pulling away from the equipment when we open the door. When we reached out, they reinspected the machine and found no further issues. We tried to recoup losses since the problem was never fixed and the only option initially offered was full refund if they took the washer. After several phone calls they eventually offered a $125 refund so now my wife and I have to eat the remaining $325 cost of their misdiagnosis and still have a broken washing machine. I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for appliance repairs.

Update: we recently had called,both my moms and my dryer kicked the bucket, answered right away said it might be a couple days til they could get here, because of other calls, ended up showing up the day we called! Fixed both dryers,easy. Definitely recommend this company if you ever have a problem. Fast,reliable,friendly.

My elderly mother-in-law called an appliance place to fix her Icemaker and they charged her over $300, and it still didn’t work. Advanced Appliance not only fixed her icemaker, they also fixed the dryer and for a third of the price. Everything is running great! Thank you so much. We highly recommend this company.

They repaired my dryer. They are super professional and skilled. Scheduling was easy; diagnosed the issue and repaired same day. I appreciated the phone calls about when the technician would arrive. I will be a return customer for sure.

Id give 0 stars if able. Booked appointment 2 weeks ago for an estimate today for 2-5pm. Requested a courtesy call. Husband took day off to be available for appt and the never showed! I missed courtesy call so when I called back they said they couldn't keep appt since i didn't answer? Never heard of such a thing. Then Stephanie had the nerve to insult my intelligence that i didn't understand. No, i actually understood correctly and she obviously didn't do her job in telling me this is their policy as we have been waiting and without a dryer for weeks now. Would never recommend and will make sure i spread the word on how they treat their customers with disrepect and dont hold their appointment times. Needless to say, we'll be going with a more professional company with all our future needs.

Had an issue with front loading washer. Called on Wednesday was told they couldn’t get me in until Tuesday but took my number in case they could squeeze me in before Holiday weekend. Called me Thursday as they could get me in. Very professional and pleasant. Very reasonable prices. I’ll never use anyone else!

They are the best. Easy communication and reasonable repair prices. They have worked on several of our appliances over the years and we have always been more than satisfied.

Our vet clinic has been using Advanced Appliance since 2017. We do well over 50 loads of towels per week and work our machines to the bone. Advanced Appliance's technicians have kept our machines running well and have always charged a fair price for the quality of their work.

I would recommend this company to friends and family. Both times we have used their services they were out here quickly and had the repair done same day. Today Kevin fixed my dishwasher and even though it wasn't planned for the appointment he took the time to fix my refrigerator as well. I will definitely call them again if needed.
