Not only was the work substandard they clearly lacked the knowledge and experience to provide what was requested. We trusted them to be able to know what was needed to install what was clearly asked for. They left our property a mess and damaged. This company has failed to acknowledge the damage caused to our property. It is unacceptable that the only solution offered requires us to sign a document falsely stating that no errors were made and to pay additional fees to fix mistakes this company caused.
As a hardworking family, we trusted this business to act professionally and responsibly. We are heartbroken by this experience and simply wanted the damage and poor workmanship rectified without being forced to agree to dishonest terms. I would never recommend this company unless you want a dishonest company that lacks the knowledge to provide quality work and the integrity to make it right when they clearly drop the ball.

While visiting my chiropractor’s office in Rockford today your company was doing lawn care. One of the men who was using a leaf blower was very observant of me carrying my baby in with me. He kindly stopped, kept a distance so I could walk with my baby which I thought warranted a “excellent customer service/great common sense” shout out here. Thanks!
