We had to have them out twice and charged both times for our furnace. The heat to come up to a comfortable number 2 days for them to say nothing was wrong with it that it was just cold weather

I would happily recommend Bremer & Bouman. They responded very quickly to our initial call, their quote was significantly less than other local companies, and they installed two A/C units in less than a day.

Called this morning about my furnace not wanting to stay lit and they squeezed me in about 30min later. Guy was awesome, took one look at the pilot and had it fixed in under 30 min. Will definitely be using these guys again

Three weeks ago Jason came to our Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and measured our old duct work to replace it all as we put a new roof on. Tonight one of the owners told me they were not going to do the work. This is a disgrace for a company to keep us hanging for three weeks and then tell us they were not going to do the work. What kind of company treats customers in this manner? I highly do not recommend this company to anyone.

We just had Taylor check out our vacation rental with no AC in the top 2 floors. Within the hour, he was able to fix it and communicated everything to us as well as the property manager.

Excellent quality and service! They use top of the line tools and the highest quality equipment!!!!!!!! They've made a huge impact on my monthly utility bill. By the end of the year I'm projected to have saved thousands! Keep up the amazing job quality, work ethic, and not to mention, cheapest rates in town!

This morning before work for a 12 hour shift on a Saturday, I woke up to a cold house and a furnace I couldn't get working. I called Bremer and Bouman at 7:50 and they had staff already there to take my call! I was pleasantly surprised. The gal took my information, a technician named Brandon contacted me, and my furnace was fixed before 10:30. Fantastic service! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Bremmer and bouman came out replaced our old ac unit after statting we had a bad line from the refrigerant. When installed the ac unit, within a couple of days our basement was flooded and water damaged so many items including our spare room carpet in the basement. We had to.come home from our anniversary weekend to clean up their mess and spent hundreds of dollars and time doing it. Their weekend service line refused to wave the fee to have someone out and when the on call person phoned us back my husband said we would temporarily fix the problem to stop the leak until Monday because we weren't going to pay hundreds of dollars to have them fix their mistake. Tuesday came and I had to call in to get them back out. When the new technician came he broke our light with a chunk of pipe, adding to the frustration. After weeks of going back and forth and failed returned phone calls they said they would only be able to take $500 off our bill unless we wanted to go through their insurnace. We went ahead with the insurnace to get our money returned and damages fixed. The insurance company was helpful but it took many weeks as suspected to get money. We were told that our account would be put on hold until we received our check and all the accounts were settled after being charged for everytime they came out when we weren't suppose to be. The day after we recieved the check the office starting calling repeatedly Rudley stating we have owed them money since March and we better pay today. When we asked why the bill hadn't been put on hold she stated they have done more then enough and that we have made it very clear all the mistakes they made and they wouldn't do anything else for us so pay up. Not only have we never had such a horrible experience with service but the customer service was absolutely horrible.

Diagnosed problem told us we needed a new AC unit, when we needed to call our home warranty to see if they would cover any of the cost the technician said "I have a really busy day and don't have time or this." He then left without quoting the new unit and left us with a bill for the service call. I called the office to ask why he left and that I don't feel I should pay their "service call fee" if they did nothing and would'nt stick around to even quote us the fix. Their response was that they would just take us out of the system then. Terrible experience, terrible customer service.

We wanted to replace our old inefficient hvac system in our house. I made an appointment with Jason, he came out promptly and arrived on time. I received my quote that week and soon after my new hvac system was in and running great! Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. The install tech's were friendly, courteous and did a very professional looking install. I have already recommended Bremer and Bouman to family member.

We had an emergency gas leak in our basement late at night. The gas company had to shut off the gas to the house. I left a message for Bremer & Bouman and they called back the next morning before they were even technically open. They got their team out that day and found a number of issues. The guys stayed past 5PM to get it done knowing I had a newborn that needed heat in the house. I appreciated them letting me know everything they were doing along the way to get it fixed correctly! I would recommend these guys to anyone!

Very happy with the service I was provided today. Incredibly prompt with their initial response to my inquiry on their website. A couple hours later 2 friendly guys were here and fixed a very complicated issue I've been trying to overcome w/ my furnace for a couple weeks now. The repairs required replacing a couple of major components which they were able to acquire and replace within 1.5 hours upon their arrival. I couldn't hope for or expect better service. I am so grateful and very warm!

I always call Bremer and Bouman and they always do a great job! So polite and thorough, i had Luis and he was awesome! But over the coarse of 4 years in my house ive had two other guys that were great too. Anyone you get will be great. And they wont tell you that you need something that you dont, they are very integral. My fixes have been loose wires, cleaning the igniter, small things. Thank you Bremer & Bouman for hiring fantastic people!

I called at 7:30 Art came at 9am and got our heat working again. Friendly, professional and confident. Easy to see he fixes lots of furnaces. Basically cost was just a flat rate service call, some parts and a tune up cost. $150 without parts is reasonable for being here for 2 hours. Highly recommend them and Art specifically.

We recently had our furnace and a/c replaced which was an all day job. Both service guys were very nice and made the day fun. About a week later we discovered a leak. They sent someone out right away and it's all working well now!

I have been using this company for all my HVAC work.
Barry has treated us the best. They have ben more responsive than any local HVAC contractor by me. That says a lot in our business. Would highly recommend for residential and commercial applications
