This is a very reputable company. They went out of their way to help me resolve a warranty issue. I have used them for years and their installation crew is courteous and efficient. The office is well run and helpful. I highly recommend Bremer & Bouman.

We are so pleased with the service we recieved from them. We had our carbon monoxide alarm go off after Christmas They came out immediately! Our old furnace had a crack in it, so he disconnected it right away. We made it thru the next couple days with our fireplace insert. They were here right away with 2 guys within 3 days! They were awesome!!! Thank you, thank you Bremer and Bouman for your awesome response and customer service!! We are so happy with our new furnace. Highly recommend them!!!!!

I've always used these guys for service on my heating and cooling. I have complete trust in their abilities and their integrity. I feel that I will not be taken advantage of and they are very efficient. Recently had them come over for a service call to my central air. They had to give me the bad news of my need to replace my central air system. As usual, the service person was polite, conscientious, and even sympathetic to my unanticipated expenditure on a replacement. I called them late Friday afternoon and they were over early Saturday morning. I recommend this business to anyone needing assistance with their furnace and air conditioning.

I've done business with Bremer & Bouman for just a couple years. First time I called them was when my furnace didn't light. They came right out and fixed the issue quicker than I anticipated. They even fixed a part I broke trying to fix it myself and didn't make fun of me.

Fast forward a little bit and this time my furnace is at the end of life. They came out and worked hard to make sure it was in need of replacement before giving me the bad news.

Went through them to purchase the replacement furnace and air conditioner. It's hard probably to get excited about replacing a furnace but the way they surveyed the house and made recommendations on what to buy was great. The proposal was easy to accept.

The installation went very smooth. They had to do extra work because I was going from a less efficient system to a more efficient system. The care they showed the equipment and the house was more than I expected. Even color matching the exhaust vent to my siding perfectly really impressed me. Something else unexpected, they helped with energy rebate programs which made filing that paperwork even easier.

I had some additional questions after the install once it got colder and had a chance to break everything in. From the office staff to the service staff everyone was very kind and very easy to talk to.

I think this is a great company to do business with and I feel very comfortable that if I have any issues with heating or cooling going forward I will be taken care of.

Air conditioning unit is less than 3 years old and decided to have a pre-season tune up. Tech came out, friendly person, checked and cleaned system, said everything was good and charged us $98. 2 days later needed to run the air but a/c was not working. Called B&B and sent the tech out at no charge who couldn't find the problem said to call the company who installed the unit. After many attempts to no avail called back B&B who sent out a different tech. This time, after another $128 labor charge, he miraculously found the problem (a small cracked nut/bolt?) added a couple units of coolant and $238 later we had air. First, I called and spoke with a Dave who said there was nothing he could do since they didn't install the unit. Then my husband spoke with B&B and asked to take off some of the labor fee since they had to come out 2 additional times and not our fault, they responded "we came out once at n/c." DUH, they didn't find what was wrong until they came out a 3rd time and charged us another $128. What a scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My bad for not checking all the poor reviews on Yelp and the bad reviews on Google before I contacted them.

My furnace went out last night. I called this morning. They had a guy out in an hour. He made sure I was getting heat the whole time, while he worked on it.

I've been with bremer and bowman since 2007 and would not even think of having to use a different company. They are prompt on coming for a service call. David and All the techs and other staff are very friendly and take time to explain things.
Their fees for service is fair.

We were so happy that our tech came prepared to diagnose the problem and did so quickly. As our issue had a safety component he was careful to test the air in the home to make sure it was ok to remain inside. Once they had installed the new part, without us having to ask, they checked to see if the old one was still under warranty. It was! We were so thankful to only have to pay for labor- on an expensive repair this made a huge difference and was truly above and beyond.

During a polar vortex my furnace stopped working. After calling about 15 places. I found only 1 in my area that would even service fuel oil furnaces. They couldn't even give me a time a tech would call me back. That's when Bremer & Bouman saved the day. Their was a tech already close by and was told he could be here in 20 minutes. He fixed my furnace in no time. I was so thankful as it was already down to 42 degrees in my house. I highly recommend calling them next time your in need of heating or cooling services.

We were having problems with temp regulation between floors and knew our ac unit was going down. Barry came to our house and did an excellent job explaining the problems and how Bremer & Bouman could fix it. We did have multiple companies come out to quote us but ended up going with Bremer & Bouman because of Barrys plan/knowledge of our issues. We’ve had the new units since July and have encountered some issues with furnace. The company has been quick to step in and fix them. Overall, we have been so pleased with Bremer & Bouman and would highly recommend them to others.
