HORRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE AND INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND OWNER. (ADD ON) The owner believes that this is what cleaning should look like. And ontop of that is accusing me of wanting a free clean. I want a refund because I wasted $15O for a job I had to go back and spend 3 hours doing myself. And the way this company responds to these reviews is incredibly unprofessional and shows just how low class they are. I called everyday at least twice a day since 7-24 to get in touch with the owner and every single day they had some excuse or he never called back. Im glad you record the calls. I look forward to the day you get sued and shut down. I absolutely DO NOT recommend anyone use this service. I paid for a moving out cleaning service and based on the reviews I expected great service but what I recieved was below average and honestly unacceptable. My cabinets weren’t cleaned, the oven was not even touched, refrigerator dirty, no appliances were wiped or dusted off. They did not even sweep and mop. Ontop of all this it took me almost a week to get in touch with someone in charge to discuss this matter. And after presenting them with evidence of what a horrid job their employee did, not only did he stop returning my calls, but they also did not give me a refund. I’d also like to mention no where in the email or invoice I received did it mention no refunds. This company is unprofessional and a scam. Do not waste your money. You are better off doing it yourself.

I called around to several places asking many questions before calling back and booking an appointment here the lady taking the call was amazing she rembered me from several days ago and did not try to oversell me additional people or services there wasn't any suprise charges and booking was extremely easy they where able to service my house within a short window that I had. The two people they sent too my house where polite respectfully and listened to my requests and desired direction and areas to clean there names where Ashley and Destiny . They put in good work and deep cleaned are bathrooms molding windows doors shelves cabinets and oven sink dishwasher fridge etc I was very pleased with all areas they worked in and appreciated there attention to detail and communication in anything they seen or found. All together was a very pleasant experience I would recommend this company 5 out of 5 from my services I received. Thank you again dawn to dusk

I had an incredible experience with my first cleaning and I am very impressed how detailed the cleaning lady Emily worked. Now after my third cleaning with Krista I am continued to be very satisfied and pleased about the quality of cleaning and service.

This is a negative zero review.
My daughter hired this company to clean my empty condo. They did such a disgusting job I thought she was kidding when she said she hired someone. They were supposed to have done a "deep clean" charging her a lot of money and they didn't touch the floors, clean the sink, sills ,blinds or much of anything they claimed. They also have a crappy customer service and basically blew our complaint off. I would run, not walk away from this company unless you want to be screwed out of your money.

Tracy did an excellent job of cleaning our home as usual. She is very detailed and professional in her work. It is a pleasure having Tracy in our home to help keep it in great shape.

5 stars across the board.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very professional, they did a phenomenal job. Very good laid back energy. Paid attention to detail. I’m 100% satisfied and a very please customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
