Never even got the tech to come to the house. First appointment was cancelled because the driver had an accident. Alright no big deal. 2nd appointment I had plenty of contact with the technician, but the 4-6 appointment time window came and gone when by 8 he was still not there. Said they would have the office contact me to reschedule again. That was 2 days ago and have not had contact to reschedule. I went with another contractor.

So far We have had very good luck with them They came out right away two days before new years and replaced the furnace the same day. There were no emergency fees for short notice. Their prices seemed about the same as the others and we have been very happy with the service so far
