Called Orkin! They came out right away! Sprayed outside and inside for ants! Jacob did a great job! Very informative and professional! Thanks again!

Overall I'm not happy with The Employees of Orkin, unreturned calls, when I have been able to speak to a human rather than a voicemail, I've found that they are rude and uncaring of my concerns- asked several times for Saturday appointments, fell on deaf ears, asked kindly to use only the driveway door, again only go to my front door, Orkin came highly recommended from family and friends that use Orkin, however outside of Jason it's left a horrible bitter taste for me- I started with a kind man Jason, who was very informative, and compassionate to my concerns- however when I spoke to apparently one of the managers Jason returned- (on a Saturday) Jason is the Epitome of Customer Service! Orkin should be proud to have him working for them! He's the only reason I continue to use Orkin, however Jason stops coming I am done with Orkin and their rude employees!

The person that booked the appointment and the technician who came to my home were both very professional and friendly. The technician called to ask if he could come early and so far I’m very happy.

All the Orkin employees have been great. They are polite, courteous, and performed the tick and mosquito spraying around our property and specifically around the areas I requested. This is our second year using them, in Michigan.

We always have the same guy come out. Real nice, professional, quick and on time. Love that orkin will send someone out in between scheduled services.

The Orkin people are always on time. They ask if you have a problem and then start their evaluation, discovery, elimination and prevention process. We get an in-person results report from the technician before he leaves. We sign so the company knows we had contact with the technician.
The Orkin program works for us. We do not have bug or critter issues at our home.

Just had our 1st application to get rid of moles. The salesman, Pavel came out, checked our lawn and gave us a quote. We were assured a repeat application would be done if the 1st application showed no change. We also are getting the mosquito treatment. It was rescheduled due to rain.
We are hopeful these applications will allow us to once again enjoy our yard.

Today was the homes first treatment. The agent was on time professional friendly. He explained things well. He treated the inside attic and outside (house is on a slab). I have regular black ants, earwigs and spiders and I'm really hoping Orkin kills 'em dead. 😬😊

Paul is my regular guy and he is always proffessional and knowledgeable and super friendly! And always addresses any challenges if any should arise . No complaints here! Highly recommend!

Pablo always - always - goes above and beyond when he is inspecting and rodent proofing my home. Not only does he take excellent care of the inside of my home to rid it of unwanted guests - he takes the time to clean and inspect the entire outside of my home. I know I am in excellent and professional hands!

Very happy with orkin service. The technician Pavel is fabulous with his inspections and recommendations. Highly recommend. I have used a few companies and this one has been the best overall.

Orkin, and in particular their associate, Jason, were amazing! They were professional during scheduling, informative and clear in setting expectations. Once Jason arrived he reconfirmed previously provided information and exceeded our expectations.

The Tech that came out was Matt he did an awesome job! very informative with what he was doing and how to improve things, definitely 100xs better than the last pest control company we used, and also fantastic when it came to the next steps I’m so glad I switched over to this company! 🫶🏼❤️

The young man who came out was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to be extremely thorough. Great job! Deserves a raise. I can’t remember his name but I know it started with an H.

Our family had used Orkin for the last few years. They are reliable and we absolutely love Brian who is our regular guy! We can tell that he knows what he is doing he’s always kind and takes time to explain what he’s doing to our curious children!

Ryan did an extensive inspection inside and outside of our home, took pictures of the problem areas, and gave us his best advice. They showed up on time even with the first phone call, came back 2 days after the inspection to do the work because we were leaving town. Ryan was here to check the traps the next week as scheduled.

Leshawn was my technician and very professional. He came by and assessed the situation and provided the necessary treatment. Leshawn was also very nice and further did his job by explaining what he did and what I would need to do going forward.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with Orkin. DJ was the one who worked on my house. He was very thorough. Looked at everything and explained what I could do around the house. Highly recommend DJ helping with your home needs.

Orkin has taken care of me for a while. Their staff is patient and knowledgeable. If we have any issues at all they work hard to fit us in where they can. Very positive experience.
