The tech; Nathan, was super friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. He had the shower up and running better than ever in under 30 minutes, replacement parts and all. He explained every step of the process and what each part does. I highly recommend.

Great plumbing service that got my sink pipes in wall replaced and angle stop valves changed out on an older house.

Jerry Johnson the plumbing tech was amazing. Very quick, very professional. Little noise during install while wife and i were at home. Keen eye for details and finishing off additional steps that went above my expectations.

We had another company come out for a sewer inspection- they didn't do upfront pricing, and they were not able to get through the sewer trap - but still charged us the full price. We then contacted Edwards Plumbing and heating and got connected to Will K. - he came out and got right through the trap and provided us with great insights. Super professional and courteous - would highly recommend. Thank you!

Aaron was very nice, explained things to me well and was honest in that my furnace is old and i should think of getting a new. I have to plan that out, and he told to get a carbon monoxide reader also which i will do. He was very helpful.

Technician Nathan came Wednesday afternoon, made a plan and rigged up a temporary solution for the leak. He returned on Thursday and completed the repair. There were difficulties as he was dealing with old pipes in an old house, but he remained pleasant, professional and competent.

Scott was our repair man. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Replaced plumbing in less than an hour! Super friendly! I will definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!

Nathan Zimmerman and his assistant were excellent. They quickly determined the source of my leak and repaired it quickly. They were professional, neat and very respectful of my home. Would highly recommend them.

Technician Scott Hall was everything you would want. Very friendly, professional and competent. He was very helpful in finding and suggesting 2 other issues I would not have known about that required replacements. I would definitely use EPH and Scott again. Even though my situation was not an emergency they responded immediately and were out within 2 hours. Excellent service!!!

We had a great experience with Edward’s Heating and Plumbing! Our technician, Michael Price, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed a leaking pipe, repaired our kitchen sink, and installed a new kitchen faucet, all in one visit. Everything works perfectly now, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and make sure we were happy with the results. The service call was on a Sunday, and we really appreciated that they don’t charge a weekend fee. It’s clear Michael takes pride in his work. We’ll definitely call Edward’s again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend Michael!

Quick response time and great customer service. Scott Hall was our service technician, he was extremely professional, polite and explained the services he would perform and an estimated fee before he got started. He cleaned up his work area leaving no mess behind. Would definitely recommend and would use them again should i have plumbing needs.
