Took a little juggling of the schedule but they were able to come early and got the job done. The tech was very educational since I have never maintained a boiler heater, but feel alot more comfortable about it now.

I am a retired police officer and wanted to pass along the unsafe and aggressive driving of one of your employees. On Monday, September 28th at a little after 3pm, a white van was so close to my back bumper that I couldn't see his headlights. As I turned to get on the expressway the van followed even closer. I expected an impact. I could tell the driver felt guilty about his actions because he would not pass me, slowing to less than 50 mph. I finally had to pull onto the shoulder to read the name of the van as he turned onto the Ford Freeway. I figured you would want to know about the actions of someone driving a vehicle with your company name on it. I tried emailing several different people through your company website but the email system seems to be broken.

I have been dealing with B & B Heating and Cooling for many years and have been very satisfied with their work. They are very professional and kind and always take the time to answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service. Honest and reliable. There was a minor issue with my install that a mistake made by me exacerbated the problem. B&B fixed the issue promptly and made sure the issue will not recur. Highly recommended.

Had Grand Rapids Heating and cooling tell me I needed to spend over 11k on a new AC unit. B&B came out and checked everything out. Nothing wrong needed 1lb of coolant cost me less than $200. I've used these guys for over 10 years, honest and straight shooters. I've been involved in real estate most my life, I'd highly recommend!

Aiden did such a great job figuring out why our mini-split wasn't working properly! Aiden is also very personable and easy to work with I highly recommend B & B for your heating and cooling needs!

They performed $30,000 worth of work at my house 5 yrs ago. Air conditioning unit has not worked 3 out of the 5 yrs: had to have it serviced at my expense. Scheduled an apt to have it serviced, they never showed up, never called. Real nice guys! I took the day off to be there. 91 degrees in my house. Makes me sick to have to give them any more money.

And there is more: scheduled another appointment on Monday to have them come back out to fix the issue. They scheduled it for that Wednesday. Yet again, I travel home from work to be there with the tech to let him in. I call to ask where they are and they informed me that they weren’t coming over my Google review. Didn’t call me to let me know: didn’t show up. Great way to conduct business guys and I was hung up on. How petty. And an fyi, it is not improper wiring: the breaker was shut off. Unreal. Piece of advice: don’t call them.

B&B Heating and cooling has been a huge help with our farm. I have had many questions regarding our heating in our greenhouse and Bill has always taken the time to answer them all thoughtfully and thourghly. They are very prompt and professional when working on our equipment here. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

B&B installed our furnace and air conditioner in 1997. They have kept things humming for many years. Having retired, we are doing some upgrades to our home, and are in the process of having them replace our old equipment. I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommended.

25 year old furnace suddenly stopped working in December (cold). B&B Heating and Cooling service tech visited same day. Using his high-tech equipment, discovered a safety issue with our old furnace. Reviewed options with salesperson. New furnace and A/C unit was delivered and installed next day. Installation tech answered all my questions and performed very professional installation. Next month (January) it got VERY cold, our home is toasty warm. THANKS B&B Heating and Cooling.

The B&B team are great! Our AC unit broke down in the latest heat wave and they were very responsive, getting to us the same day we called. Aiden, our service tech, was wonderful to work with - figured it out in no time. We highly recommend them!
