Great work with attention to details

Greg and Chase stopped by this morning, Absolutely Amazing guys. Explained things as they were working, the work they did was very professional. They even found things that if they didn't I'm not sure if we would have been safe in our home. Helped with who the contact after the storm damage as well. Great guys, very professional, highly recommend to anyone who needs help in the area! Will be using them again for electrical needs in the future.

Very pleased with the work the guys did. Very professional. Secretary was always very cheerful and helpful every time I had to call. I had storm damage and called on a Thursday morning. Was able to get them out Friday morning. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and addressed very serious issues that I didn't know I had. Very happy, will recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician and will keep in mind for myself if the need arises again.

I had my 240 device knocked out in one of Jackson’s storms. Everyone was not able to come out due to work loads busy they came out very promptly and hung it back up.

I called to Have a electrician come out to my property few months back. The woman who answered the phone had said they were booked out an to check in a few months. Those months past an I had called back to check, when I had called same woman answered and she was very unprofessional. Starting off as if she was going to assist me but soon as she realized it was for my address she got rude an demanded the last time I spoke with her that I had hung the phone up on her an told me they couldn’t assist me at all. Pretty much saying the electricians have “bigger” issues to worry about compared to mine.

Would have enjoyed being able to leave a wonderful review as so many have, however we could never reach them via phone, nor did they return any of the messages left for service requests. One in Oct/Nov. And two in December. Very Unfortunate.
