Vredevoogd Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication, friendly, and work was perfect; and we had a lot to be done. New faucets, sink, leaks, valves, and replacing pipes.

Brent was great. He did what he could and stayed late on the job when he ran into complications. He was able to improvise and build a new part when he needed to. Unfortunately the failure of the boiler did more damage and many more parts were needed. Brent was able to clear a spot in his schedule so he can complete the job tomorrow. I'm sure he'll finish the job in the morning and have us up and running.
He was able to explain too me what he thought had happened and is confident he can fix it.

Arrived earlier than the appointment time which I had requested if possible. Switched out my water heater quickly and were out faster than anticipated. Greatly appreciated as a 3rd shifter who was staying up late for the only time slot I could get that day.

Andrew went the extra mile to figure out why the pump device on our sun room splitter was noisy when pumping condensation water away from the unit. He replaced the original pump with another, and although it was less noisy, he still wasn't satisfied with it sound. level So, tonight, he is testing the original pump at his home with a drain tube that is free of any possible restrictions, which, although he couldn't detect any such restrictions with our unit, he is determined to solve this most unusual phenomenon. In short, Andrew is everything one would want in a technician. Thanks, Andrew!

Dealing with a complicated issue involving lack of water, Zack S did his best to come up with a solution. When it wasn’t possible , he pointed me in what direction I should go next and left notes to assist whomever arrived to help me next. He also discovered a separate issue with my water filter system. Since everything was still under warranty, there was no charge for any of his services.
Few days later…After calling in a second pump and well drilling company who correctly diagnosed and fixed the water issue, Zack S is back to take care of the water filter issue, in addition he turned my hot water tank back on(someone had turned it off and failed to tell me), he serviced my water softener while he was here and also cleaned up a couple of water faucets that had gotten clogged.
I am very pleased with the work of Zack S. He was on time, he was attentive to my concerns, he knew what he was doing and went out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer. Thank you Zack S.

Zack was Great! He arrived early for his appointment, after a call from Vreedevogd, to ask if it was alright... and he checked everything out and gave me an estimate, Before starting the work.
He explained everything, before he did it, and also let me know that there are a couple potential issues, that could be addressed, in the future... He was Very Professional, And Knowledgable... I am Very Impressed, with Zack, who is in the Plumbing department, and Everyone that I've had contact with over my years doing business with the Vreedevoogd company! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THEM!!!
