Just called to see if they had a part. The person was so rude and not helpful. Not bothering with them anymore.

Needed a part for razor, they had it in Stock, the price was good.

I have not used in home services but when I went to the store for a part I found the person (a woman) to be unhelpful and somewhat rude. Won't be back.

Called and were able to come out the day of and before my son was out of school. Arrived on time, polite and fixed my problem quickly.

Not only did they fix my washer promptly but they gave me advise for the future. Terrific service and fair on the price.

Horrible customer service. I spoke with him prior to the appointment to reschedule, I apologized and he was very rude to me and never called me back like he promised. Then the receptionist was rude also and told me never to call back the number they called me from when I was trying to reschedule.

We have an older home and over the years have needed service and replacement for several of our appliances. This service is excellent. Courteous, professional, prompt, and effective. I highly recommend them.

We have asked these folks for help on three major items- one was quite complicated(older stove top fan, parts needed a bit of tracking down) but in each instance they stuck with it. We also found on time sensitive issues, the response was swift and well completed.

The lady who we tried asking for help was very rude and offensive. We i suggested thet their reviews were terrible and i could see why, i was accused of being the one who was writing the bad reviews. Well now I am. I would highly recommend that nobody reward this establishment with your patronage. They obviously have no clue how to run a business.

Todd came to check out our 29 yr old microwave. Suggested a new one since the cost wouldn't be worth it for one that old. He ordered a new one for us and installed it too. Great service overall.

I have used them for many repairs. These appliances don't last like they did in the past. you get about 10-15 years Vs 25 years. They have been great. Remember good service teams are always busy so be patient.

Raleigh Appliance is by far, the best appliance service center in the area! I've tried other service companies in the past and no company can compare with Raleigh. They are honest and very fair. I will never use any other Appliance service.

Absolutely the worst customer service! The owner ( wife) was extremely rude to my elderly friend who was trying to set up a service call for her washing machine.
The lady responded rudely, quickly and had no patience.
She ended up hanging up on my friend.

Todd came out and resolved my issue in the time frame that was given. He was very professional and knowledgeable, I will definitely use Raleigh appliance in the future!
