He made sure he was thorough with explanation, and was respectful with making sure everything was done correct, and cleaned up after as well. Danny, was fast and professional to work with over the phone. He was very quick to respond and accommodated our schedule as best as he could. Josh showed up to assess the issue and was also very professional and laid out three different options for us. He did do some troubleshooting which came to a cost of $275, which came as a surprise when it was a free estimate. However, I’m still very satisfied because their value for the money seems to be very fair. Decided to install a sub panel off the main in a detached garage for an EV charger, which will require running trench and some rewiring because the price seemed right. Looking forward to seeing the work completed and will report back then.

Residential Electric installed a generator hook up so I could run my whole home w/o running extension cords everywhere. Danny Pitters was AWESOME! Very responsive, professional, thorough and top quality work. He took time to explain his plan/approach to make sure I understood what we were buying. Once the hook up was done, he demonstrated how to switch back and forth from the Generator safely. They were not the cheapest of quotes I received, but well worth the high quality work, responsiveness and reliability. Thanks Danny! Definitely will have them when I need to setup my electric car charger.

Very professional! Told me he'd arrive to my home within 30-45 minutes. Showed up in exactly 30. So, there's punctuality. Explained to him the issue I was having, and he knew exactly what to do. As he worked, he explained to me what he was doing and how it worked. All in layman's terms. Having good customer service skills is a must when you're dealing with the public. It came way too easy for these guys. Very personable. You can tell when a person loves what they do. I have more electrical work that I want done. I’ve hired Residential Electric for 6-7 projects at my 100 old home over the past 4-5 years; ranging from installing a new 60 amp electric car charger in my garage, installing new can lights, installing new chandeliers, fixing faulty AC wiring, and replacing outlets and switches. They’ve always exceeded expectations and have fair pricing. They’re the only electricians I’d call.
