Don't give Bob no jobs , because he is too busy apparently to even get in touch with you . I called him and he said he was gonna show up the next day for sure , needless to say he never showed up and didn't answer any of the 5 phone calls I did after the fact . Non reliable at all . People like this don't deserve no business at all...

Call for emergency repair due to ice strom, replaced drop line. Picked up immediately on a Saturday. Completed repairs and upgraded system professionally same day. Will reccomend.

I was worried about how much it was going to cost to have an electrician come to the house. I called Bob at 10pm he talked me through the issue how to get power back on. He was fast and friendly. Thank you so much!

I had a circuit go out in my home. They responded within hours of my call. Solved my circuit issue quickly. Reasonable price and very friendly. If I could add a 6th star I would.

I would like to be able to review Bob Thompson Electric's service, however after attempting to contact them by phone (voice mail left on 7/18/18 at approximately 4pm) and also via the email contact through their website (that same day) no one has contacted me at all. Good luck if you're trying to contact them for a job.

Very professional , polite came over they came over fixed what need , to be done and nice part was it didn't cost me arm and leg. Needed work done around round your house and don't have alot money . Call Bob Thompson Electric. They will be the first call I make in the future . They put a light figure for me.

Mr. Thompson was prompt, with short notice. He is knowledgeable, professional and interactive (teaching). Electrician's Helper for a day. The work is exceptional, he even policed (cleaned) his work area. Mr. Thompson is also a stickler for cosmetic detail. The service was worth every dime.

I understand there's a charge for a service call, but I was told it would be $150 to come out and fix the issue. Turns out it was an issue that needed to be fixed by DTE, so there was no work to be done. He was maybe there for 5-10 minutes, told me to call DTE, and charged me $150. Again, I'm glad to pay for a service call, but this seemed extreme.

I am a satisfied Saint Clair Shores resident! Mr. Bob did a great job fixing my electrical mess to my kitchen sink light. He also installed a plug outlet for my mini-fridge in the basement. It was all at a reasonable price. Thank you!

EXCELLENT service! Breaker Box was arking...1 guy promised to call me back, never did. Left messages for 4 other electricians, none called back to even say they were too busy. Called Bob Thompson Electric! He answered his phone, I explained our situation and he came out same day as promised! He fixed our problem and I am ever so grateful! My husband is a disabled Vet with bad heart and it was very hard on us (seniors) keeping a generator filled with gas and cords all connected to essentials. God bless him for going out of his way! He has all our future business for sure!

Bob is the absolute best! He saved my house from an impending electrical fire, a possible electrocution from a plug that wasn't grounded, and a mess of wires everywhere. He's very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely my new electrician! Thank you Bob

Extremely professional, high attention to detail and just overall did an among job where they went above and beyond. Bob is also a great teacher and really explains the situation to you. Great electrician with fair price! Efficient, professional and friendly, and he keeps everywhere clean after he’s done his work. I noticed the only negative comments on him is about he didn’t call back. Actually, he is an very experienced electrician who mostly only work by himself for more than half century. In his sixty’s, he is still working by himself and supporting family and being a good husband and Dad. I understand, he is very busy and looks like he only keep everything in his mind or write down on a small notebook. I guess sometimes he just forgets to call back. Why not just be a little bit patient and more proactive if you are looking for a real electrician? I am sure, you won’t be disappointed about his work. And you will be so satisfied to have him as “your guy” in the neighborhood.
