Jeff and Dan snaked out the main drain line today. Called me on Sunday to set an appointment for Monday came out as scheduled and did a very good job. Put plastic over carpet and snaked the drain leaving no mess when leaving. Cleaned tree roots from sewer line. I would recommend them for future jobs. Scheduled through Service Line Warranties. I would ask for them if needed in the future.

Booked for 3/30 at 3. Received phone call they were running late due to another big job. Rescheduled for 4/6 between 10am and 12pm called them at 12:15 told they were running late she'd call them and return my call about new time frame. I left additional messages with no return call. Used them before 2 years ago they were great. So disappointed I wasted an entire day off waiting. Received no apology or phone call.

I had a bad experience with them, they came out to install a Sump line and they put the dirt back and they didn't level the back yard, they ruined the whole back yard.

What a scam of a place. Royal oak city sewer insurance for pipe repair and they won’t come grade the yard. I’ve had a mound of dirt for almost a year now. Keep saying they are on it but nothing happens. City needs a new contract.
Edit 1: company has already been paid for service, but won’t complete service. I stand by what I said, scam of a company. Should lose city contract.

Definitely my go to company. Living in the shores, I have to get my drains cleared often to avoid my basement backing up. Every time I've had someone out, they are very informative and always do a great job. Gary was here today, very kind and well educated. Took the time to share helpful tips and explain how to prevent future problems. Highly recommend.

We had our hardware charged in our shower which was no problem the plumber did great! We also had an issue of low water pressure. He was there from approx 9am-6pm. The low water pressure was not remedied. We called to see if someone could come fix it but 2 weeks later we still haven't heard back. We're going with a different plumber.

I was referred to them via a friend and unfortunately had a horrible experience. My initial appointment was cancelled due to their team dealing with a "frozen pipe". Two hours lost. Rescheduled for the next Monday - no show no call, another two hours lost. I called later that afternoon, a lady said that the team was still dealing with a "frozen pipe" and would contact someone and call me right back. No return call that day and since that day.

Used them twice and had great results that, it actually costed a lot less then I expected. When they needed parts for my old system they went to the local hardware store who stocks what they needed, Home Depot wouldn’t have, and returned in minutes. Clean and fast service,.

Terrible customer service, never showed up for my appointment. Didn’t even receive a phone call to tell me they were not coming. I would not recommend. Had to call another plumber for emergency services since I was left in the lurch. I’m very angry and wish I could give negative stars.

I would not work with this company at all. Got strung along for 4months for them to tell me that they’re not gonna do the job anymore because it’s too far away. It’s a $30K job and it’s too far away that’s a great business. It’s a warranty job money is waiting for them.
They came out marked everything for my driveway and the street to dig it up and replace plumbing. Never did paperwork for permit never turned it into the city. No thanks. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Update to response. You are correct my warranty company contracted your services in which your company chose to deal with. YOU and your other employees said and I quote “this is no problem done lots of these”. Couple weeks go by and nothing. I call, how things going? So busy have lots of jobs but did t forget about you, going Friday to get permit taking care of. Gotta have my friend draw up plans for the county. Yeah okay the Wayne county permit department has no idea of any permit. They say have talked to you one time and that because I made them call YOU. Another couple weeks go by still nothing. We are talking now 4 months.
Now can’t find and excavator to do the job, then it’s too far away, and not worth the time. I believe that’s what you told the warranty company. You LIE that the bottom line and NO I won’t take my reviews down. ZERO STARS ALL DAY
