WARNING: Dani (Yonathan Belliard Almonte) of Dani’s Landscaping / Danny Concrete LLC Sterling Heights, is not honest and can’t be trusted. He took a large deposit from us and has failed to turn up on three different dates he gave us to start the work. He has not returned our deposit despite repeatedly promising to do so. One lie after another. Do not trust this person.

I had a fantastic experience working with this landscaping company! They installed fresh sod and a sprinkler system for my backyard, added mulch around the entire perimeter, and did a thorough cleanup of all the weeds. The crew was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail throughout the entire process. Everything was done on time and exactly as promised. My backyard looks completely transformed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality landscaping work done right the first time.

I would not recommend this company. He was recommended to us, so I thought he could be trusted. I wish I had done more research. Dani is friendly and verbally assured us he would do everything to our satisfaction. However, I don’t think he is a legitimate reliable business. He contracted out the concrete, ran out of materials and wanted another check to pay for concrete to be delivered. He didn’t provide me with a detailed estimate, stating how much for materials, labor per service, etc. He encouraged me to replace all our concrete instead of just repairing, power washing and resealing because it would match better. He was deceiving with the total cost. He also got sealant along the bottom of our house brick staining it.

We took down our above the ground pool in 2020 and Dani took care of filling in the hole and laying sod. He did the job perfectly in my opinion, and I would hire him again anytime!

We hired Dani to create a retaining wall for a garden bed in front of our home. Him and his team did a great job with replicating the design we shared with him.

Pros:
1) Dani is friendly and knows his job.
2) His pricing is competitive and reasonable.
3) He will willingly help fix small issues in your landscaping if it is doable

Cons:
1) He tends to not stick to the agreed schedule. I say this from our own experience and that of our next door neighbor.
2) Not the most responsive person at times.

We had our issues however we talked it out with Dani and eventually we are happy with the work he did.

Will we work with him again?
Absolutely! I understand that his is a small business. Planning issues are common with small businesses. With the exception of his communication skills, I am impressed with his work and we plan to build our patio with him when we are ready!

Dani was recommended by a different contractor, I wish I would have checked his reviews but I learned the hard way. He will not answer his phone, didn’t finish his job, just terrible overall. Never hire someone who wants money in advance. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES.

Dawn S. was very helpful with getting services started. Dynamic services my next-door neighbors and has done a fantastic job for years. Looking forward to seeing my lawn shine this year.

Dawn Serafini was one of the most helpful people I have delt with in many years. Her knowledge of the business is awesome.

Jake came out for startup of our sprinklers…he was very personable and professional. We had some issues with our sprinkler heads and explained it thoroughly. We’ve used Dynamic for many years and never had an issue.

Another great season with Dynamic! Eddie is wonderful. I only get to see him once or twice a year but he gives me his time freely. My yard has never stood taller. His advice and your products make my grass lush and full. Eddie has to be one of your greatest assets. Keep up the good work!

I have been a customer of Dynamic for many years. I find their prices competitive and the customer service is exceptional. I have recently had contact with Dawn S. and she has been very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my emails.

I have been with this company for quite a number of years. Frank is superb treating my trees and shrubs. In the past, Eddie has been just excellent treating my lawn. This year, Malik is servicing my lawn very well. He is always very polite giving me my service pre-call. He listens when I make a special request and makes helpful notes on my service report. I really appreciate that Dynamic tries very hard to give us the same technicians for the year and beyond. Thank you also for having competitive and fair pricing as well.

First time using dynamic lawn service. Hopefully the lawn people that will be doing the spring are as knowledgeable and friendly as the lady I spoke to at the office. The lady's name is Dawn Serafina . Most "PROFESSIONAL" and answered all of my questions and concerns without double talk. I highly recommend these people!!
