Our experience with Decra-Scape can only be described as five stars across the board, with no exceptions. This was a big project that included the demolition of our huge old wooden deck, followed by building a retaining wall to accommodate the extreme slope of our backyard, creating a beautiful hardscaped patio where the deck used to be, demolishing and renovating our side entry to the house, and repairing our front walkway. Throughout the process, every single interaction with this business was professional, courteous, and transparent. The owner was very responsive to our goals for the space and created something better than we could have even imagined on our own. The on-site crew was incredibly hardworking, polite and considerate. They even made sure to ask my neighbor for permission to WALK on his driveway! They worked long hours and always cleaned up and kept me apprised of what they were planning for each day. Change orders were handled quickly and efficiently. The communication was superb on all levels. I would recommend this business without hesitation. It was honestly a pleasure from start to finish.

Decrascape is the most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of working with in any field. From the first consultation to design to project management they were top notch. The install crew was courteous, professional, respectful, and showed up throughout the entire job as promised. The finished product is beautiful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. My landscape project did take some time to commence, from signed contract to finished work. This was due to many factors outside of Decra-Scape direct control. They kept me informed along the way. The initial meetings were pleasant and professional, as the patio design and suggested landscape changes were discussed. They answered my questions and brought in an outside expert to discuss health and status of various trees and shrubs on my property, which led to finalization of what could be pruned/trimmed versus what should be pulled and replaced. Once the project started, I knew I was in good hands. The team showed up early every day and were pleasant to talk to...they answered any questions that I had and provided status updates daily. When an issue arose with my bay door wood integrity, they were transparent and honest with the required repair. They cleaned up after themselves every day and took great care to protect the lawn (boards laid down) as they brought in heavier equipment. The work Nick and company did on my patio is pure artisan craftsmanship! Down to the smallest paver at the most intricate cut, the finished work is stunning! I am very pleased with the outcome of my project. There are a few follow up items for the Spring, and I have every confidence the final touches will be performed is the same quality fashion next year.

So thankful for Carlo and his team for helping us with our backyard! We needed help with a flagstone pathway and a retaining wall and Decra-Scape was able to complete the job in a day and a half. We were probably a smaller job for them but Carlo, Jared, and Leo really went above and beyond to make sure the backyard looked great. We will definitely be using Decra-Scape again in the future!

We are SO happy with the work Decra-Scape did on our back patio. It gave the entire back of our house a facelift. We purchased a home built in the 70’s with a walkway in front that was in bad need of replacement. From our first visit with Carlo through the end of installation, everyone was extremely professional and courteous. During demo and install, the crew was very conscientious and cleaned up at the end of each day. The end product was a game changer for the front of our home. It is gorgeous! We had an amazing experience with Decra-Scape. Carlo was very informative, took his time assessing what could be done better to grade the house and even took the time to call and go over the quote in detail which the other companies hadn't done. Every person we interacted with, even calls with the office staff were extremely helpful! Our patio looks brand new even after using the original bricks. Very happy with all the work that was done and would use Decra-Scape again in the future.

We were impressed from the minute we met these guys. Not your typical contractors! They were always responsive, on-time, and they communicated very well with us every step of the way. The work is incredible - fantastic quality and workmanship. Couldn't be happier.

We worked with DecraScape a few years ago, on a major patio enlargement. They are very creative, the team doing the installing is very professional, hardworking (they started early, didn’t leave the job site, worked all day, from morning until late afternoon), and they clean up at the end of each day. The office staff is also attentive and professional. Our most recent project was paver maintenance (power washing and resanding). They went out of their way, doing extras. These days, we find more often than not, that we are short changed. It was so refreshing to see a team go the extra mile, without being asked to do so. That’s great customer service! We’re already planning to use DecraScape for future projects.

If I can simple summarize Decra-Scapes’s work, it’s their labor of love and hard work and professionalism in everything they do, that makes hiring them a worry free experience. Most importantly they show up real early each day and clean up the job site before they leave for the day. It just shows they care about their work and safety of the homeowner and neighborhood they work in when they take time at the end of the day and leav the job site clean each day.

I have used Decra-Scape twice now over a period of 12 years. Both times it was for restoring grading around my pool and pool house and hardscape/landscape (brick pavers, landscaping, low and high voltage lights, sod, sprinklers and tree plantings). Their work was nothing short of performing plastic surgery after an accident. My back and side-yard was completely torn apart from the pool project the first time and then the pool house the second time. They did such a great job both times restoring my back yard and both sides of my house and adding pavement etc. that they made the entire project look better and added to curb appeal over all.

From the initial discussion around the project details, to walking us through alternative design options, to scheduling the work and getting it done, our experience has been very pleasant. Even our neighbors commented on how hard working the crew was and that they love how the entire space was transformed. Just love working with this company, especially on large projects like this. They have hard working crew and great equipments.

This is the second project we had done by Decra-scape. Everyone, from start to finish, went above and beyond to get this project completed. On short notice, we hosted our nieces wedding at our home. The crew at Decra-scape moved heaven and earth to get our project completed in enough time for us to get our backyard in shape for the wedding.
