I want my deposit back!!! So basically what happened was I had to pay $85 to book a house cleaning appointment and when I got sick the day of my scheduled cleaning I called to reschedule because I was going to be home and I figured since I didn't get the covid vaccine that I should be safe and protect everyone else's safety and reschedule the cleaning. But what I wasn't told until that day was my deposit was non refundable and if I wanted to reschedule to another day I had to pay another $85 deposit...
I think it is rude and unprofessional to keep my $85 since I didn't cause you any harm and I didn't even use your service And the only reason why I gave you a star was so I can actually put a review.

Lucie and Misty have been cleaning our house for a few times now and they do an excellent job! They are so thorough and very kind as well!! I think they really like our dog too. :)

We had ProMaids clean our two garages. One is a very large workshop with classic cars and lots of memorabilia. Lucid and Cindy did an exceptional job. They are very hard workers.

Matthew Told me it's $42.50 an hour for one person to come and clean. We agreed on 2 cleaners So niw that's $85 an hour. I told him over the phone what I wanted and how big the apartment is and he estimated it would be 3 hours, and I added the carpet cleaning service which was $85. The cleaners came 40 minutes late which is fine with me, and cleaned my apartment for one hour. At he end I was billed $340. I called Matthew and told him the cleaning Took 1 hour and not 3 hours so my bill should be $170 (42.50 x2 cleaners an hour + $85 carpet cleaning). He said oh just one hour? That's $255. Now I'm more confused so I ask why $255? He said because it's $85 and hour for one cleaner so $170 + $85 for the carpet cleaning (really you charge $85 for 1 cleaner for one hour?) do even high end luxury cleaners charge that much. I told him that's not what he said On the phone but he insisted I misheard him or something. The math doesn't add up If it was $85 per cleaner per hour why would he tell me $340 for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. it should've been $595 ($85 x2 cleaners x3 hours + $85 for the carpet). So now I've been stolen of $85.

Edit: so nowhere do I state or think anything is free. First phone conversation was never a mention of minimum 2 hours flat fee. He insists he mentioned it and said he has it recorded on tape and that he can show me. I'm still waiting on that. Also I mentioned few times I wanted my walls washed, that didn't happen. If your minimum is 2 hour flat fee the cleaners should do 2 hours of cleaning not 1. You obviously haven't seen my profile. I noticed other people having the same issue which becomes confusion the more he tries to explain it. Cause now the reason is not because of the 2 journals min rate but because of the deep cleans rate. And youre a lier too, saying all my reviews are "1 star", youre the only 1 star review i have.

You aren't supposed to spray and scrub a photo on canvas. It shouldn't take 1.45 hours to do a load of dishes, especially when I say "You don't need to wash the clean ones. That means Don't." It shouldn't take 1.45 hours to wipe the outside of my secretary. My hairdryer is missing. My porcelain teapot is likely broken after they piled three boxes on it; afraid to look. They milked it. Matt ignored my email & didn't answer three calls before saying "Why did you wait so long to call?" The carpet wasn't swept, the grill wasn't soaked, the doorwall track was laughed at, and more.

My neighbor referred me to ProMaids after they cleaned her home and let me tell you, they are AMAZING!! Matthew is wonderful to speak with and was able to set up my cleaning appointment for my preferred day and time, and the cleaning team is just spectacular! Heather and her mom are a cleaning super hero duo! They are very professional, beyond thorough, and they went above and beyond to ensure that all of the most intricate of details were covered before they left! My home is not only gleaming from one end to the other, but it still smells so wonderfully fresh and clean hours after they’ve left, even with the windows open! I couldn’t be happier with my cleaning team and I look forward to having them in my home again. ProMaids is truly the absolute best of the best!

I used Pro maids to do a deep clean on our Condo we were selling in Warren. I talked to a couple of other companies, but I liked Matt , the owner. First, I must say the two people did a nice job cleaning. I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 4 pm. I was called and they said they were running late, and it would be around 4:30 to 5 pm. It was after 5:30 when I texted and asked what their ETA was and I looked outside and watched them pull out of a general parking spot in my complex and pull up. We discussed the service I was requesting, and I asked if I would be paying an hourly rate on top of the steam cleaning charge,( I was also having the carpet cleaned) and the lady told me whatever I worked out with the owner is between he and I. I thought that was as an odd answer, and I was not trusting them at this point. i talked to the owner and he told me deduct the persons hourly rate while steam cleaning. At the end of the night after just under 4 hours I was presented the total. I was being charged for the hourly rate while the steam cleaning was going on. They also were going to charge me for starting at 5 pm when they were not even in the door till 5:40. After some discussion we came to a agreement for the charges, but I did not feel they were billing honestly. I also think 43.50 an hour is a high hourly rate, but I knew that going in. I talked to the owner and he tried to assure me these were honest mistakes, but I don't think they were, I think they were trying to over charge. I was not given any type of discount for them showing up 2 hours late, and nothing more than a sorry for attempting to over charge. I will not recommend their service.

The team that cleans my house every 2 weeks does an amazing job. They are great about communicating with us if there are changes and they do an excellent job cleaning all requested parts of my home.

i had recently moved into an apartment, only 4 days later to end up in the hospital for a month. after begin released with one arm barely working, and the other still having an IV in it the unpacking and cleanliness deteriorated rapidly. i normally have a chore service provider but due to my extended hospital stay my insurance had suspended the service and is still stuck trying to get it re initiated.

For 2 weeks i was up to my chest tin empty boxes, floors littered with garbage, and could not even find the kitchen table as it was covered with semi organized piles that needed to be disbursed throughout the home.

Linda was amazing, in only 90 minutes got all the boxes and trash broken down and taken out, cleared the table, helped take items to the kitchen as well as clean up a rather unsightly amount of littler around my chair in the bedroom.

the booking person also helped as well. offering a discounted one time flat fee for a single first time visit due to my dire situation.

Make sure you know what the difference is with Basic Clean, Deep Clean, Move-In Clean or the Special Clean (which to me would be actually be the Deep Move-In Clean) It is up to you the customer to make sure that they understand you want a really clean house that you can move into. It is not up to them. If you want the stove cleaned, wiped down, the top, sides, knobs and around the floor where grease drops etc. You need to make that clear. If they check off that they cleaned it, that doesn't mean they did. Same with the refrigerator. Best advice, make sure you write down what you want done, do not verbalize it to the cleaning crew and understand their definitions and it will come out the way you want it to. :-)

Amazing experience! All my communication was quick and easy through Cathy, she came by on a day I was at work. We coordinated a way for her to get in while I wasn’t there so it was effortless on my end. When I got home the place looked amazing, she even organized my mail and bathroom amenities. So many little extra details like that! Everything was done as discussed and more. I added on the slight extra cost for laundry service and everything was done perfect, all my clothes folded neatly for me when i got home. I can’t recommend her and her team enough! Will absolutely using them again :)

It can be tough finding the right cleaning service and I am so glad we found Cathy! She’s prompt, friendly and very detailed. It is so nice to find a trusted person that you can leave and not worry; and come back to a clean house. I highly recommend Cathy. You will not be disappointed.

This company is amazing!! I typically don’t write reviews but felt compelled. Cathy is the owner and is wonderful! Each time she comes I have a new list of “special items” and she happily attends to those AND continues on with everything else. She is also flexible with the how often too - which is really helpful! I have been using this company for more than 4 years now, she even moved houses with us. Highly recommend!

Cathy is a Godsend! I am so lucky that I found her! She has made my life so much easier by coming to my house every few weeks! She is super reliable and does amazing work!
