HVAC reviews in Sterling Heights, Michigan

Mike and the team at Koz Heating & Cooling not only do excellent work, but they are trustworthy and have great integrity. We purchased a commercial building and they have been outstanding in helping us to get it ready for service, from testing and certifying HVAC units for city permits to replacing an elevator pit sump pump (with a warranty!). They were easy to coordinate work schedules with other contractors and maintained clean and safe work areas. They have our duct smoke alarm systems and roof-mounted HVAC unit filters in their calendar to check back with us when maintenance is due so that it doesn't get overlooked. They are always my first choice.

Our heat went down on a Friday at 4 o’clock so we placed the dreaded call praying we could get someone to the house and Koz had a technician at our house within the hour. Luke was awesome and made the process of getting our heat running again quick and painless! 10/10 service!!! Thanks Luke and Thanks Koz!!

Just found this guys card at Masons burger bar. Seems legit. He's got the right name 😂 same as me.

Luke always does a great job; thorough, professional, and focused on getting the job done!
Viessmann - Hot Water on Demand/Boiler Combo Wall Unit.

John was very communicative, explained what he needed to do & was friendly & efficient. Great job.

John was great! We have heat again! Thank you for quick knowledgeable service!

Paul was an amazing tech. He was nice and kept us informed the whole step of the way.

Thanks, John, He’s the best technician I ever experience. Everything is running great again.!!!!

Nobody wants to be cold!! KOZ HEATING AND COOLING came highly recommended to us through friends who've worked with them in the past abd had great experiences. Considering our furnace wasn't working it was nice to have someone like Luke who was the professional who took care of our issue! He was knowledgeable, empathetic, and cared about our home, and gave me good information on maintenance.
Also! Putting on shoe covers may seem like a small thing, but it's part of great guest service! Also, he went the extra mile to leave us a space heater until the part came in!

My furnace stopped working and I called around but could not find someone right away but KOZ took the extra effort to get it serviced the samw day. I want to give a special thanks to John for coming in last minute to repair the furnace.

Very happy with the service provided by John S. as he explained the process and gave a full report of the condition of our generator. Thank you, John and Koz Heating & Cooling

Luke is the man, did a really nice job with our furnace inspection and water tank descaling!

My tech, Luke, did a phenomenal job diagnosing and fixing my HVAC problem in a timely manner. Thanks, Luke!

I got a same day appointment
The tech Luke was efficient Nice and friendly he explained what was going on and was only here about 30 minutes thank u Where

John came to troubleshoot our generator which had stopped working of course when we lost power.
He double checked every connection and found the issue. He was good about explaining what he had done.

Koz was recommended by a contractor friend. John came out and said I had a small issue w/ my thermostat, but he noticed the heat exchanger is bad and leaking CO; had to shut it down and I needed a new furnace. I had a second opinion come out, said my filter was clogged and furnace shut down due to lack of airflow. Said heat exchanger is fine, CO testing is negative. New filter; good to go. Dodged a $7,000 bullet.

John came out to clean our boiler and replace the gas valve. He was very courtious and frendly and did a great job. Koz also services our generator.

They are absolutely fantastic!!! We trust them for all our heating and cooling needs! Thanks Koz!!

We are completely satisfied with the sales and service. The installation of our new furnace was quick and they answered all of our questions. We will definitely be calling them again.
