Showed up after hours on my schedule. On time. I experienced a problem with the water heater I had purchased, and he waited while I went to exchange it, then knocked out the job in good time. Down to earth, hard working man.

I typically don't post BAD reviews, but I felt it is important to warn consumers about vendors who take advantage of them.
This provider, John Pickett, of John's Plumbing Heating & More took critical advantage of us during an emergency kitchen sink clog. It was a Saturday evening and I had just brought my terminally ill husband home from the hospital earlier in the day. The kitchen sink backed up and I was overwhelmed! John and his assistant came out and charged me an $425 to snake the drain in the kitchen!! He did not provide an estimate before hand and his assistant broke a treasured family heirloom in the basement, which I didn't discover until days later! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
