Home Services at The Home Depot

I ran in on my lunch, could not find a worker near plumbing to get any help, we'll be going to Menards or Lowe's for now on, Sunday I ordered a piece of linoleum for pick up Monday and it was not cut until after I was there Monday

I'm writing this to warn anyone that's thinking about doing home improvements through home depot. Save your time and money. This has been the worst experience of my life and it's not over with yet. They have you pay for everything up front; and when there is a problem they tell you oh well. then they tell you we can fix it, but it will cost you another $2,600 and you will have pay for the shipping to send there mistake back. You try to contact your design consultant and she doesn't return your phone calls because she doesn't want to hear about your complaints. I'm luckier then most: I'm a contractor and I run our Illinois office we are a top 20 vendor with home depot. We buy all our supplies from home depot. That includes supplies for our electricians,plumbers,hvac guys, all my crews,and subcontractors. I will never buy anything from home depot again. I will never recommend them to anyone. I may not have the kitchen I paid for, but I will have the satisfaction of knowing they will lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue every year. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE. DON'T LET THEM SUCKER YOU IN !!!
