Reviews of local pros in Taylor, Michigan

John and Mark were awesome to deal with. They called to confirm arrival time, so I wasn’t wasting my time waiting for them. Showed up when they said, evaluated the situation, advised me as to how the process works, and got right to work. I didn’t think the carpet was salvageable, it was old, high traffic and dirty, however John and Mark were able to return the carpet in all 4 rooms to that like new condition. Can not be happier with the service, John and Mark went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I’m giving this team a five star rating for strong customer interaction, professionalism, and great work ethic. Thanks again guys…

John and his assistant Chris were awesome. They were able to get a few tough stains out of my carpet, that a large commerical company could not do. John was very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations for my requests. John and Chris were professonal and personable and I will be a repeat customer.

I love Premier! I have tried other companies (more money) that promise all the best results but fall flat on their promises. They come out once a year and do my carpets and I am never disappointed. They are prompt, professional and affordable.

Husband/Wife family owned. Jon was courteous and prompt. Cleaned living room carpet and two Lazy Boy recliner chairs. Did an excellent job on both and was extra diligent with carpet stains and high foot traffic areas. They beat all other quotes and did a "premier" job for me! 5 stars!!

These guys showed up on time and were great with communicating with me. It was a pleasure using this company, highly recommend! My carpet and couches look great and the house smells better and feels more fresh now. Thank you!

Awesome company!
Very friendly and professional service. The carpets look fantastic and the house smells great!
Will be calling Premier Carpet Cleaning again in the future for any carpet cleaning needs. Highly recommended!

You did a great job on the carpet and two couches. Very satisfied.

From beginning to end, Anthoney did a great job! He called me with a 30min pre-call to let me know he was en route and was right on time! He was quick and thorough, allowing me to get back to my day when he finished.

I appreciated his professional demeanor, while being friendly and helpful. It's always a little stressful having someone in your home, but Anthoney was considerate and did not make me feel uncomfortable during the service.

Had a great experience with this company, from the first call I made to schedule my appointment to the day they came out to do the job. Very professional and freindly. The carpet had so many areas that I thought was impossible to get clean, but sure enough it came out immaculate, very very pleased, would use again for sure. Thanks Premier Carpet Cleaning A++++++

The team was outstanding in explaining the process from start to finish. Exceeded any expectation and went above and beyond to take great care of our new house. I have had quite a few companies do our rental properties and the services we received today sets a new bar for excellence.

They got me in quickly and did an awesome job! Honestly I did not know if our carpets could be saved (our house had been a rental before we bought it), but they look awesome! They were quick, professional, on time, and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Jon was very professional and did an excellent job on our Berber carpet. Our carpet looked like new when he was finished. We will definitely spread the word about this company. Best cleaning we've ever had in the past 50 years of having carpets cleaned. Thank-you Jon

These guys were amazing!!! Very thorough with communication and cleaning. They were very respectful of my belongings, and honestly went above and beyond what I expected. My carpet looks great! They are now my forever carpet cleaning professionals. Thanks so much!!!

Awesome job! Unlike other known companies, they have maximum water extraction and quick drying. They did amazing job. Highly recommended.

Jon was great. Was informative, knowledgeable, and did his best to make sure my apartment carpets were cleaned up in a professional manner, and completed the job diligently. He cleaned up the mess a previous company left. Would recommend to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

This was my second year in a row using their service. They did amazing work as always, and the two gentlemen were very polite and informative. My carpet looks like new and smells lovely. They were even able to remove the stubborn red stains from my toddlers bedroom carpet. I highly recommend their services.

Thank you so much, Mr. Anthony from premier Carpet Cleaning . He was awesome in cleaning my carpet. It looks brand new ,spots that I knew would not come out disappeared. Thank you Anthony. You are awesome. I will be looking for you next time. I need my carpet cleaned.

The service I received from Premier Carpet Cleaning was great. I received a courtesy phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival and the price I was quoted was as promised.

I've used several other carpet cleaning companies and Premier Carpet Cleaning has been the best.

Unless quality and reasonable prices change, Premier has a customer for life.

Thank you,
Stefanie

Excellent service! Jon Reno was very professional and explained everything. Had two bedrooms cleaned and they look great. Would recommend the company to anyone looking to have your carpets cleaned. Lynne
