Used Father & Son on a recent basement flood - sewer backup. Very customer orientated. Extremely compassionate & dedicated to the safety & needs of the customer & their losses. This company came highly recommended & from the moment of meeting Bryon, you knew you were in good hands. Every employee was very nice, respectful & extremely hard workers.

Due to not having power for two days, our basement flooded. I called Father & Son and was able to get a hold of someone right away. Everybody in the area was dealing with flood, so I wasn't expecting a response soon, but Bryan called me back early the next day and came to our house to assess damage. He gave us a lot of information and was very helpful, professional and honest which I appreciate very much. I would recommend this company 100%.

Bryon was absolutely phenomenal. He came to the home I planned on purchasing immediately after reading the air quality test that was performed on it. He was informative, kind, and thorough. These situations can be stressful and having someone like Bryon helped me to navigate what I was dealing with. Will recommend Father & Son Restoration to everyone I know!

Called Father & Son after a main drain backup in basement.
Bryon showed up with his team shortly behind him. He was in contact with my insurance the same day saving me the hassle.
The whole team is very hard working going out of their way to do everything necessary to mitigate the situation.
Their equipment to monitor moister damage is state of the art.
They were right on top of what was needed to be addressed.
This was a difficult job for them with me having a lot of heavy equipment down there they had to move and clean several times.
I never heard one complaint from any of the team. They are very polite and go out of their way to service their customer.
Father & Son are lucky to have them as employees!
They did a incredible job cleaning up everything.

Brian was super responsive and thorough in his inspection, following flood damage in our home. He communicated clearly, and sent everything over within 24 hours of doing the inspection (which he did on a Sunday!). I would use Father and Son Restoration again without hesitation, and would confidently recommend them to anybody else!

My husband and I were in dire straits when we contacted Father & Son Restoration, due to the level of extensive restoration work that we required.

We purchased an older home that had not been lived in for quite some time and required various major repairs that left our home in shambles. From dust from the plumbing being broken up in the basement and replaced all throughout our home, water damage, to the pungent smell of sewer and a host of other elements that made our home unlivable. On top of that, the attic had not been touched in eons and the insulation was so old, it looked like carpet. Imagine what was circulating throughout our home.

Bryon, the owner of Father & Son Restoration came out within a few days to perform a site and survey, the next day I had a quote in my inbox. Additionally, Bryon provided recommendations and company information for other items that required execution prior to FSR’s service start date, such as the old insulation being removed from the attic.

Father & Son Restoration, restored our entire home at a very fair price. Yes. You read that right—our entire home from the basement to the attic. Furthermore, I must rave about the customer service that came with our services, which was second to none! Bryon was always available for questions and always provided valuable input. Also, since it has proven difficult to find skilled professionals, Bryon provided us a list of contractors for other services that we need for our home in the future.

Out of everything that has occurred after purchasing our home, working with Bryon and his crew was by far the easiest thing we have done so far. Father and Son Restoration:
Bryon came out within 24 hrs of us calling the company. We had a fire and was unsure of the safety of the home. He was extremely knowledgeable, and let us know it was unsafe to stay. He kept clear communication every step of the way. Bryon would answer text message, phone calls often with in minutes. The company handled all the questions we had and also took care of the insurance side of things. They kept an open line of communication with the insurance company as well. The insurance adjuster stated they have never worked with such a professional, honest and helpful restoration company before. I highly recommend this company for any restoration, cleaning, mold and mildew remediation you may need. 5 stars Bryon you rock!!

Bryon and his team were the best team we've worked with while remodeling our house. Byron was a great communicator and kept us in the loop every step of the way. He took lots of photographs and went over everything in detail. He answered text messages immediately. Finally, he was honest in his assessment of our situation and worked to keep the cost reasonable for us. He followed up with us and went back to our home multiple times to make sure the job he and his team did was 100% right.

Amazing service! Came to my house so quickly and went above and beyond. While searching for mold Bryon smelled gas and checked for leaks using a meter, and he found one. I then got in contact with DTE and there were 7 gas leaks in the basement. Thanks for helping keep me safe!

I found father and son restoration during a frantic google search at 1am while sewage was pouring into my basement. The damage was extensive and city wide. Bryon was at my house the same day; professional, informative, and thorough. Every member of the team was excellent. When additional damage was discovered, Bryon worked with me and made sure the price was fair. I feel very lucky to have stumbled on this company and can’t recommend them enough! Bryon's knowledge and attention to detail are superb. We were recommended to him by our friends. He had so many connections; not only was he able to remove mold from our house and clean it immaculately, he was also able to refer us to other services needed for the process. I cannot say enough how VERY HIGHLY I recommend Father & Sons. They showed up 90 mins after I called and were on the job every day until it was completed. This company is professional but more importantly, empathetic, caring and friendly. They performed work in a thoughtful and diligent manner, for example, hand cutting the drywall so it would not make my apartment more dusty. They cleaned everyday and helped put back everything back so I felt I had a home again. They were communicative about their job scope so I felt comfortable knowing what was going on at all times. I am so grateful for their services. Thank you !

I called Father and Sons for a cleanup after our hot water tank busted and they did a great job! Bryon was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us and didn’t take advantage by price gouging. Will use them again if needed.

This company absolutely exceeded my expectations.
After I called Bryon he was at our house within a couple hours. After he assessed our damage and we agreed to move forward; his team was at our home in 20 minutes. My husband and I were exhausted and his team immediately took over and had our very large and very flooded basement cleared out in a very short amount of time. They all were so empathetic and kind. They treated our possessions and home as if it was their own.
Eli is the best! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything to us. They were always on time and completely honest and genuine with everything they said and did.

I had the extreme pleasure of using Father & Son Restoration to remediate and repair a mold situation cause by a roof leak.
They checked all the boxes that makes for a top-notch company. I truly liked the fact that they were a family owned company. The owner (Bryon) was a great person to work with. It's amazing that he as an owner still had daily firsthand involvement with my project. He and his entire crew were very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. FSR might be a smaller restoration company, but they go the extra mile on personal attentiveness that a larger company might not do. Even though their work is impeccable, they still try to give a fair price and discounts on their projects.
I was very happy that I found and used this company. I consider myself lucky to have worked with Bryon, and will keep his info handy to pass on to others in need of a good organization.

Bryon and his team were amazing to work with! From the first call they were quick, extremely responsive and beyond knowledgeable and professional! Everyone showed such compassion in the water mitigation and clean up process and made sure to leave my home as clean daily and useable as they checked in daily on the drying process! If you ever suffer water damage in your home, do yourself a favor and call them! They will make sure the job is done right and they don’t cut corners! Their level of service is hard to come by these days. They made a really bad situation as comfortable and good as possible!

We hired Father & Son Restoration for a nicotine removal job. They responded quickly to our request. In a few days the results were amazing. The walls, ceiling, doors, cabinets, light fixtures, switch plates, and every other surface was cleaned. Father and sons is an amazing company! They cleaned/deodorized our carpet after our basement flooded. While they were cleaning, they moved our (heavy) wooden fireplace and found mold all on the backside. He texted me pictures and offered to take it up the steps and out to the curb for me! A few months later, our cat started urinating along the corners of our basement. Once we solved the problem we called the company again. They moved around their schedule to get us in before I had company over and removed all the smell. Can’t recommend enough!
