Used Father & Son on a recent basement flood - sewer backup. Very customer orientated. Extremely compassionate & dedicated to the safety & needs of the customer & their losses. Due to not having power for two days, our basement flooded. I called Father & Son and was able to get a hold of someone right away. Everybody in the area was dealing with flood, so I wasn't expecting a response soon, but Bryan called me back early the next day and came to our house to assess damage. He gave us a lot of information and was very helpful, professional and honest which I appreciate very much. I would recommend this company 100%.

Bryon was absolutely phenomenal. He came to the home I planned on purchasing immediately after reading the air quality test that was performed on it. He was informative, kind, and thorough.
