We decided to give Naugle another try (having had a bad experience with the prior owner). Having used another local company for 20 years, we wanted a second estimate for a new AC unit, felt the one we got was high. Turns out Naugle came in $1000 less. The owner himself came to give the estimate. Months later we had an issue with the AC. We called after hours and left a message. Within a minute the owner called back. He came out within an hour to assess the issue. The work was under warranty and he had a crew out quickly to fix the problem-highly recommend Naugle and will be using them from now on.

Jim was great to work with, he did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and explaining all if our options. Jim/crew replaced our furnace quickly and without issue/delay. Installation crew arrived on time and made sure to protect our floors/carpet during the installation process. We will definitely use them again for all of our heating/cooling needs. Thank you!

Naugle did an excellent job installing a gas line to allow for a gas stove in my new home. They gave a free estimate, which was so appreciated in adding an expense like this. All of the people who who came to estimate and install were right on time (with a call first to let me know exactly when to expect them), professional, and clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. They made sure things were done well and worked with the delivery crew of the new stove that day to make sure that it was properly installed, safe, and ready to use!
The same day of the gas line installation, I returned home to find my thermostat not receiving power from my HVAC system. I called Naugle right away, and, instead of immediately jumping on a service call, he talked me through checking on a few things first with system to see if there was just a connection problem with the Google Nest thermostat. Sure enough, it was!! It was a super easy fix on my end (he even stayed on the phone with me the whole time to ensure it was back up and running) and saved me the charge of a service call.
I highly recommend using Naugle for your heating and cooling needs!
