I wanted to relocate my detached garage wires underground and the team at Deere Electric exceeded all expectations. They were respectful, courteous, and priced very competitively. I now have a brand-new sub-panel and the garage is wired better than my house. I’m definitely reaching out to them again when I figure out my next project!

We had some electrical issues in our house we purchased a couple months ago and needed a 220 hookup for my pottery kiln as well as an outlet in our work for a future project. Ed came out and provided an accurate estimate, nice guy. They were able to get me on the schedule just a little over a week later. Matt and Jimmy came out to do the actual work and they were professional, friendly and completed the entire job in less than 3 hours. They didn't try to drag out the job just to log more hours, and didn't try to charge for any unknown or unnecessary add-ons. The entire company just seems genuine which is always appreciated!
I'm hoping to not need anymore electrical work anytime soon, however the next time we do we'll definitely be using Deere!

While it is rare for me to post a review for an initial contact with a business, it is worth my time to do so here. I contacted Deere Electric to prospectively get an estimate for an upgrade from 100 to 200 AMP service. I received a call back within one business day. Ed M (their estimator and one of their chief electricians) spent more than 20 minutes with me on the phone explaining options, answering questions, telling me the details of recent code changes which went into effect early this year, and offering to come out to do a detailed estimate. He also was glad to answer follow up questions which came to mind later. What I appreciated most is that his focus was to educate me; there was no pressure to do business with Deere--only an assurance that they would be glad to serve us, if we decided to move forward. Now I know why so many contractors and real estate agents mention Deere first when asked for electrician recommendations. Based on this very positive initial contact with Ed, I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

As a general contractor, it's important to have trade partners who hold the same values as your building company. Deere Electric does quality work with integrity at a fair price and on time. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I would like to thank the great guys who came out at the end of their day to help me with a water problem. The breaker kept tripping and turning off my water pump. Just bought my first house, upgraded my washer and dryer so needed a 220v outlet updated for my washer/dryer. Got quoted $275 (which matched national average) he used a 220 wire from another plug we had and didn’t use. Bill came to be $505. I’ve called three times to inquire why this is so much higher than my quote and was told Brian would call me back to address this. I’ve still gotten no call, I will continue to call them and ask as I want to pay my bill, but I feel taken advantage of.

I called Radant the day after the ice storm. A huge tree limb stretched the Consumers power line from our roof, bending the pipe with the power line going to the meter. The crew came to our house that afternoon and completely fixed it, working until dark. We are so very grateful for their quick response and expertise! Highly recommend this local, caring company! Really can’t stress how helpful they were to us. We had two exterior outlets replaced. The technician was helpful, upfront, and honest. Explaining the reasons for the repairs, how to prevent them in the future, and how throughly he checked to be sure everything was functional and safe before he left. All this for an extremely reasonable rate. Thank you!
