These guys were extremely polite and hard workers… took our tree down and even raked the yard. Had someone come out the same day and picked up all the big pieces. I would hire them again but that was our last tree. I highly recommend them.

The work they did was ok. They chipped up 80% of the tree, but left a giant piece of tree behind. Said they'd be back to take care of the stump and never did. The tree was halfway uprooted from tornado so there's quite a gap in the ground near the stump.

Ryan (he's Buds stepson) was hired to remove two trees from my yard. I called him at 930 am the morning he was supposed to do the work. He stated that he was waiting on a worker and would be here shortly. He never showed up. He didn't answer my calls. I left him a message in regards to his unprofessionalism. He texted me the following day stated that an emergency came up. I believe he was lying. He admitted that he lied. What a shame
Bud's tree service has always been a reputable company. Not anymore.

We hired Bud’s Tree Service to remove a large maple tree. We found out that Bud had passed away and that his stepson was taking over, which was not an issue for us. We received a quote and scheduled the job for June.

On the scheduled day, no one showed up and there was no communication. One of us had taken time off work to be home. After multiple calls and texts, we were told the chipper was down. This should have been communicated ahead of time. When I explained that, the response we received was passive-aggressive and unrelated to the lack of communication.

We waited a month and followed up. We were told the equipment was fixed and they would be out in a week. Another month passed with no contact. When we reached out again, we were given a date in October.

On that day, no one arrived by 10 a.m. After calling and texting, we were told they were picking up employees. Hours later, we were told one employee was sick and another was in court. Again, one of us had to take off work. I mention to him the lack of communication has been awful and that we were taking time out of work (time off my husband and I don’t have a n abundance of) to be here at the schedule time. We were promised they would come the next day.
The next day was another no call, no show. At that point, we decided not to use their services.

This was very disappointing. Bud had done excellent work for our in-laws in the past and we had heard great things. Unfortunately, due to repeated no-shows and poor communication, we cannot recommend this company.

P.S. Months later, with no communication in between, the step-son reached out saying he could come “next week.” By then, we had already hired another company that was amazing. Highly recommend Climbing-Spur Tree Service for tree removal services.

After reaching out to 6 other tree services, getting a few estimates, being stood up for appointments and ghosted by every other service, I found Wilson’s. After reading mixed reviews I was hesitant, but anxious to have very large tree near my house, which requires as climber, trimmed before winter. I was very pleasantly surprised! The new owner Everett and his crew impressed me with their professionalism and work ethic. He and his crew, including climber Phil, impressed me as being skillful, knowledgeable and experienced. They did more and in less time than I expected and did a fantastic job cleaning up. I’m very pleased and give them my highest recommendation.

We had a huge limb resting on our garage roof and they came out quickly, took care of the problem and cleaned up well. Will use again.

Requested someone to come give an estimate and was told I would get a call the next afternoon for someone to come out and never received a call that day or after.

i used other tree services over the years and was not happy with their prices and could not depend on them to be there when they said they would be , many times could not even get a hold of them none of those problems at wilsons ,i called they came out that day gave me a great price and a couple days later three trees down very professional did a great job ,thanks guys if anyone asks me i will definitely recommend you

Affordable, thorough, conscientious, and very professional; provided excellent service no problems whatsoever. Can't recommend him enough excellent service.

I would not recommend this tree service .. Grant took a $400.00 deposit from my father a few weeks ago to trim up some trees, and has never shown up to start the job.. He gave two different dates on when he would be there and no showed for both. Now he won’t return any of his phone calls or text messages .

Neat efficient removal of fallen tree.

I called them on Tuesday and they came the same day to give an estimate. They came Wednesday and did ground work and then returned Thursday to do the work requiring a climber. That did excellent work, were very professional and did great clean up. I highly recommend Everett and his crew.

I contacted Wilson's tree service and they were out same day for an estimate. They came out the next day and had the trees down quickly. Skilled and professional. Will definitely contact them for anything tree related in the future!

They did a excellent job!! They took down 2 huge pine trees and trimmed a couple others at a reasonable price. They did what they said they were going to do and cleaned up after!!

I highly recommend this company! The price was VERY reasonable, the guys that came to do the work were nice and best of all, they did a fantastic job! Then they cleaned up and hauled the mess away!
