Brads septic is a safe company with trustworthy employees. I would and do recommend them to other women who are home alone during the day. Ben Matt and Brad are kind but mainly quick and professional and I feel safe with all of them on my farm. Oh yeah and they do thorough and quick work. I would know bc they are over every 10 to 14 days bc I have an old septic system and a disaster of a leechfield. They are fast and courteous. Dena and Sharon will help in the office they operate like a family business but I don't know if they are related. Give them a try

Brad came out to the house and got right to work. After he completed his work he reviewed what he had done with me and gave me some recommendations as to how to maintain a healthy tank and keep my water bill down. Very friendly and professional! Highly recommended!!

Very satisfied with the service received from Brad’s Septic & Sewer Service. They were courteous, helpful, and responded quickly, coming out the very next day for an appointment. They did the septic removal and also used a “snake” auger to clear the clogged drain, and made sure to clean up after themselves. Excellent service all around from Dina, Ben and Brad! We would definitely use them again.

Brad the owner came out and pumped out my septic tank. Was extremely professional, on time, and shared his knowledge. Explained everything well. Left the area clean and orderly after having to dig to get to the caps. We will use Brads Septic again. Recommended.

I met Brad at the Bedford trade fair. I knew I liked him instantly. This is my first house with a septic tank. He taught me everything I need to know about a septic tank. He marked the

This review for the replacement and installation of the septic/plumbing main from our house to the septic tank has nothing but high praise. My husband passed away three years ago and we had used Brad and his services for years. When Brad noticed a problem with a clog in the main, an estimate was drawn up to address the problem and before long it was done and there were no more problems of flushing and excess water in the tank getting clogged. Brad’s Septic has been the only company my husband and I had/have ever used, we used him this time and will continue to enjoy using his services for years to come. Great Job!

Brad's Septic service is an exceptional company that truly cares about providing the best customer service possible. Please read about our experience. We own a small family campground and when septic service is needed it's sometimes an emergency. This past week we had one of those emergencies and contacted two local septic contractors for help but unfortunately they could not help us for at least a week. We found Brad's service on google and had an immediate positive experience when talking with the office secretary. Her response was "we are full for today but let me check with Brad and see what we can do. I'll call you back". In a short time she called back and said he will be there sometime later today. Crisis averted. We strongly recommend you contact Brad's Septic for any service needs. 5 stars all day long!

We’ve had issues with our septic system since moving into our home, and Brad has always been incredibly helpful in resolving them. Brad and his crew have a customer for life. We were having all sorts of issues with our septic system, and had Brad come look at it. He immediately diagnosed the issue, and they came out and fixed everything! For a very reasonable price. They were kind, patient, professional, and left our yard looking really good, considering it had been completely torn up. All on a couple of VERY hot days. I cannot recommend them highly enough - you are nuts if you don't hire these guys.

Brads is nothing short of exceptional! We had an extremely high priority case-2 weeks ago our toilets and tub backed up and our pipes under the sinks were gushing water. Our dishwasher and washer stunk to high heavens. We were unable to “live” in our home for 2 weeks, called multiple companies and they came out saying that 1. There was nothing they could do and/or 2. It would be a thousands of dollars job because they didn’t know what avenue to pursue. Thankfully, I hopped on google after many tears (we haven’t even lived here 6 months and it’s our first home!) and found Brads. I called and emailed, and within 20 minutes they replied and listed us as a high priority. We understood they had multiple people ahead of us and couldn’t get out here until Tuesday (9/23) but gave us a list of things to do to prepare. Today is Friday (9/19) and Ben called us this morning and said he could be here in a half hour. He came out, knew exactly what needed to be done, removed our toilet, put an auger through the pipes, found the cause of the issue (a very old stump and roots) and was able to get our home up and operating once again within 1.5 hours. Not to mention, he talked my boyfriend through everything, walked us through our next steps to avoid this from happening again (some more work, but it’s worth it!) and the pricing was so extremely reasonable. We can now go back to living in our home! We cannot thank Ben and the team at Brad’s enough for not only their empathy, but their timeliness, customer service, and compassion. We will be lifelong customers and recommend their services to anyone who needs Septic and Sewer help!!

Brad is the best. The cast iron from inside the house to the septic was all rotted. The replaced that and all the pluming under the house in record time. Very reasonable price. Great work. Everything looks awesome and no more leaks. Thank you Brad

Replaced main cast iron drain in the house to the toilet flange as well. Really really good price I've used them since I bought my house in 2017 brad and all the workers are gentlemen. Highly recommend them for any septic and plumbing work. I don't think there u will find a cheaper price unless you do the work yourself.
