I called last night at 8pm and Justin was able to come out less than 24 hours later to diagnose a problem with my AC. He discovered there is a massive refrigerant leak and explained what my different options are in terms of simply refilling the refrigerant vs replacing the unit altogether. My unit is less than a year old so I’m hoping my warranty will cover the costs but Justin gave me advice on what to do if I have issues with the warranty. Long story short, I highly recommend Downriver Climate Control for any HVAC needs!

I can’t even begin to explain what an amazing job they did. My furnace had stopped working and I was given Justin’s number. He came out that same day, figured out the issue and had my new furnace installed asap. They were fast, efficient, professional and very respectful of my animals at home as well.
