I used their heating and cooling service because I thought I had a dead animal in my duct. They did not have the appropriate equipment to look. Didn’t tell me that until the end when I had to pay. Recommended a company that wasn’t great, but better than nothing. End of the day, they charged me 200.00 for not having the right equipment to look. Not happy.
