Our house cleaner is always on time and is very detailed. She is very pleasant and finishes the cleaning in a reasonable amount of time. She is very accommodating if we need to change the date for our house cleaning.

Mark, the owner, was very helpful when i was looking for someone to clean my elderly mother’s home. The cleaner that was sent was very nice and does a good job. They are very professional but friendly, which we appreciated!

Mark is easy to work with in setting up cleaning services. Even in our move our cleaning service is uninterrupted. Brittny is a fantastic cleaner. She is thorough and stays on task and is also very personable. And the fees are very reasonable.

Christina deep cleaned my house today. She had a difficult job to do cause my house was pretty bad. She cleaned my bathrooms, great room, and vacuumed all rooms. My house hasn’t been this clean in a couple years. I will definitely have her back. Kudos to the company and Christina.

Regency cleaned our residential shop for the last 2 years, and now we have a small commercial space they are servicing. They have yet to cancel or re-schedule us and they always do a stellar job.

My husband had been suggesting, for several years, that we get help with the cleaning. Because I am very fussy about my house cleaning, I always thought that as soon as a housekeeper left, I would be right behind her redoing all of the cleaning. Regency Cleaning is an outstanding housekeeping service. So far, I have been with them for 6 monnths now -- every other week; every single one of them has been superb. I am very meticulous cleaner myself, but I physically cannot keep to my detailed level of clean due to disabilities. I used to have a cleaning service and they were below standard and cost way more and had random people come through (not the same cleaning team). I tried a single cleaner off NextDoor and it was horrible experience with items missing after her last clean. I tried Regency and am pleased I found them. I have Brittni and she has done an amazing job. I also like that Regency is partnered with a charity that helps those going through cancer with a free cleaning. They actually clean your house (not random swipes of a duster and claim they are done) and spend time doing so; their prices are reasonable.

Needed deep cleaning for my home after an incident with past tenants. Regency Cleaning came out and did an out-of-this-world job. They did not miss a single section and took the time.
