4/8/2026. Went in looking for an electrical connector for my mower. The person behind the counter didn't have any idea so she asked for her coworker to help. I'm sorry Mr. Cranky old white dude that you're having a bad day, but you could've tried to help find a solution rather than just tell me "we can't help you, you need to go where you service your mower". Walked out without spending a dime. So I guess there's that.

I am a bit of a cowboy but when I need electrical equipment and advice I can count on Graybar to take care of me.

The best thing about this place is no matter what you need they have it, along with being knowledgeable about it all.

I would like to let you know that today August 8 at 9:55 am one of you're drivers almost caused an accident.it was on the Bradly exit ramp off US131 in michigan.this driver pulled right out in front of traffic that was going 55mph. I am surprised that none was injured.i would not recommend you're company until you can at least provide safety from your drivers !!!!!

Just drove an hr to pick up an order an order arrived @4:33, hrs said open till 5. Surprise! They close @ 4:30. I guess someone is slacking on updating the hrs of service online. Normally no issues with this store, I'm usually here in the mornings. So I'll give it 3 stars.

They always have everything I need in stock and available for pickup or delivery.

Walked in there tried to buy some transformers they seem like they was a racist Because soon as they see me walk in the door immediately They start looking at me funny and telling me that they’re prejudice against “us type of guys and I’m a certified electrical contractor very poor Experience .Went to the Second door and same treatment twice in less than five minutes Highly not recommended
