Nick came out to diagnose the issue with our washer the day after we called. He diagnosed the issue quickly and got the parts in in just a few days for repair. He was able to squeeze us in on a busy day once he got the part and installed it in under an hour. He was very polite and professional. The cost to repair was less than half the cost of a new washer and we are up and running.

Business owner Nick is very honest and reasonable, really knows his stuff. I’ll be sure to use his services for future appliance repairs!

Nickel Appliance’s was exactly what we needed. He fit us in day of, and made the repair to our washing machine quickly. He also caught a fire hazard with our dryer and helped us out. Seriously saved the day.

This is a little belated but maybe a month and a half ago my fridge quit, I had a fairly good idea what was happening but I called Nickels App Repair just as a confirmation that the fridge was cooked!! He was very accommodating with scheduling the tech that came out knew rather quickly the compressor was shot (I knew it) but he is the real expert and explained a lot about the newer refrigerators. I’m always willing to in to learn so I was glad that he explained without me asking. The Owner was phenomenal with all aspects of the service call and 10/10 from them. I’ve worked in the same people in the exact business and I wish those guys would have been more like the gents at Nickel’s. Will be calling back if ever necessary.

What an Amazing Company and staff. 1st call and the owner Nick answered, scheduled me right away. Sean, the Tech called 10 minutes from arrival to let me know he was on his way. Diagnosed our dishwasher, quoted me a fair price, agreed with him, he ordered the part right then to help us get back using it. We figured 3-5 days out. Got a call the next day, told me part would be in early. Next day, part came 2days. During that time Nick called and let me know parts are delivered early am and Sean could fit me in the same day, afternoon appt. And I agreed. Sean called when he was on his way. Fixed the issue, checked the operation and Thanked us. What an amazing company is just not enough for them. They are customer service STARS. I will use them, recommend them and brag about their service.

My experience with this company’s customer service was extremely disappointing. I contacted them for a washer/dryer repair, and they scheduled and arrived to assess the issue. They gave me a quote to repair the washer after they checked the needed part price and availability which it was available. They assured me that the $100 service fee would be applied toward the repair.

After the initial visit, I attempted to follow up via calls and texts over the next couple of days to schedule the repair, but I received no response. When I finally got through, I was informed that the necessary part was no longer available. I was advised to call back on Monday if I didn’t hear from them, but despite multiple attempts—both calls and texts—I received no response.

The lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable. If you value reliable customer service and accountability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Wonderful, wonderful communication, amazingly helpful, extremely knowledgeable about dryer repair & duct proper function. He worked with our crazy weekday schedule AND probably saved our lives. Will call again for repairs. So grateful - thank you!!

Nick was super professional, helpful, a strong communicator, friendly, fair and kind. He will fix your crappy Samsung fridge ( mine frozen in the back multiple times ) his fix is permanent. I look forward to working with him for all my appliance care needs.

They came. I give me my options on the washer, repair or to replace.The price was fair repairs were done immediately. Couldn't ask for better service highly recommend.

Very good experience. I had bent a metal part on the oven door when trying to remove it for cleaning and he was able to figure out what I did and put it all back together. He was also available the day after I called which was very helpful. Would definitely call again if I need something else.

Nick from Nickle Appliance just blessed my family! The level of service beyond just sending a tech out to diagnose my problem was not expected and I’m so grateful for all he did to assist me. While his tech couldn’t complete the repair (because of the damage that already existed in my machine), he went above and beyond to explain the reasons AND helped coach us through being able to get this done ourselves and not have to buy a new washing machine! It certainly was beyond just being a businessman looking to make money, he helped me out just because he’s a decent person that cared about my experience and situation! I will definitely call Nick in the future for any repairs to my appliances. It’s priceless to be confident in the character of the person/company you’re calling.
