Do not use this company, they use low grade material and are non responsive. I have several times reached out to Chris and been patient for his response , he says he will stop by but just completely ignored me.

They were nice polite and even talked me into redoing other areas of work. They ran out of something and sent a friend to complete. First big rain in MI felt like walking on cement puddles and staring breaking up. I kept calling lady that use to and answer phone she would tell us they will callback. Winter came and went and my driveway looks like it has a decease all over it. Finally got a callback and final got Chris to come look. He did not ring bell or call to say he came out. I had to call him asking if he was coming and he said he'd been out already. Blaming it in MI weather and salt. That he would run pass a cement company and still no response back. It has not event been a year and I need a new driveway again after spending 14K with them. Yeah cheap materials used. Being ignored pushes me to legal services. 14K is alot of money for cement to look worse than before spending money with them.

They come out and spread fertilizer. I don't notice my lawn looking any better than anyone else's and every summer I have problem areas but nothing is ever recommended to fix them.

They have been doing my lawn for years!! Stays weed free! Very attentive to customers and our needs! Great price. Wonderful company

Absolute BEST experience with County Tree II today!! By the time many other tree services responded to my request for an estimate, County Tree was already at my moms house removing her fallen tree. The prompt, professional, courteous, respectful and efficient crew and office manager made a potentially stressful situation 100% stress-free. Other companies should use County Tree as a benchmark for how a business should be run.

County Tree II came out after a big storm took out 2 of my mothers huge trees. They gave us a very fair quote. Theirs was the best we received that day. They came out the next day and removed most of the damage. My mother has a beautiful garden with many statues, plants and yard art. They were very careful with all of her plants and yard art. They came back the following day and cleaned up the remaining damage storm damage. I know they were very busy with different jobs in the neighborhood since the storm took out dozens of trees throughout several streets. I would absolutely recommend them.

County Tree came and gave me a fair quote for trimming branches from three trees my yard. We had a very bad storm in the area and they had to reschedule due to emergency service; trees down all around town. Understandable.

They were great about keeping me informed on when they could come and do the job.

On the day they arrived to do the job, they worked around my schedule without any fuss. They trimmed the branches, cleaned up, took some extra branches I had in the yard, and even gave my dogs some treats! Top notch service.

A neighbor called for their service. This neighbor has no right to my/our private road. This company did not ask for permission to use our road to access the back of the neighbors property. The company tore down trees and brush on my next door neighbors property in order to gain access to the other neighbors property. My next door neighbor and I both told them they are trespassing. Again, this is private property. Just because it is a road, doesn't mean it is public. We pay for the maintenance of the road personally (not in taxes). This company did not seek permission to be there. The neighbor whom does not have access to the road should not have told this company it was okay without our/my consent. However, the company is lacking in due diligence and should have known this is a private road and they are trespassing. There were 3 signs at the front of our road. Now there are 2. The company knocked down the Stop sign alerting people they are not to enter the road. It is a small road, these large trucks are too big to fit on the road. Instead of fixing the sign, they took it with them to avoid conflict. So also theft. We did not know it was gone until they left. They also filled in a drainage ditch (swale) in order to access the property where they were cutting down trees. I called at least 3 times after they left for them to unclog the swale, and I know my neighbor also called. The receptionist kept saying they were coming "today" but never did. Now storm water is not draining correctly. Poor company is all aspects.

They showed up on time. Did exactly what they said they would do and were completely professional during the experience. Also, they provided a very competitive price.

Needed to have some large dead limbs removed from my backyard as a safety precaution to having a toddler playing in the yard. Country Trees was a referral from my neighbor who used them a few times. Someone came by within a few days for an estimate and had us scheduled within a week. Great value / price, and the team did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

I called County Tree as I needed to have a tree trimmed. Harold came out quickly and provide a competitive quote. Because our job was small Harold work with me to have the work done on a day when his crew was in the area. Out came Matt & Misty on the same day! Trimmed the tree without issue, cleaned up and were on their way. Misty was very knowledgeable about trees, and Matt worked hard to have everything perfect when they were done. Great team and would recommend County Tree. We will be calling them back in the fall!

I got quotes from several companies to remove a maple tree in my front yard. County tree II gave the best quote. We are on a tight budget lately because my husband is furloughed, but we knew we didn't have a choice. Our tree was sick when we bought our house, and during a recent storm it dropped 2 (very large) branches. Thankfully nobody was hurt, but the tree needed to go. :(

I know that the best price usually comes with lack of communication, and extended wait times, but not with these folks! The job was done on time, quickly and for the quoted price. The woman I spoke with (so sorry I forgot her name) was kind, and kept me informed. The guys who took down the tree were polite, and clearly experienced. The whole experience was smooth.

I will miss my tree, but they managed to make the whole experience as painless as possible. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs tree services.
