When I woke up this morning to a 55 degree house, I started to worry. I called Done Heating and Cooling and by noon, Frank had come out and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. No more cold house. And it’s a good thing too because Thanksgiving was last week. This is going to be a cold winter. Thanks, Frank. And thanks Done Heating and Cooling!

I recently had this company come to my home for a furnace cleaning/maintenance. My furnace was noisy last winter, very old as well. They ended up finding that I had a small crack in my heat exchanger and that this will cause carbon monoxide to leak from the furnace into my home. They gave me an estimate for a new furnace, I shopped around, I got a fair rate. They scheduled an installation the next week. Came when they told me they would, finished the job the same day and were very clean and courteous. Recommend you call them, good guys.

Very Polite and cordial and most of all..... just a phone call away when you had no heat in the middle of a Michigan cold spell. After a few minutes he had the magic touch and I have HEAT know. Great Work!!!!! I would and will definitely will call Done Heating & Cooling again without any doubt. Thank you!!!!
