Brandin Peltier diagnosed the issue with the loud noise and the gas supply line.
Carlos Carr was very courteous. He did his job efficiently and professionally repairing the water return line and vent.
Andy Janik diagnosed that the gas supply line needed to be replaced.
Jeffrey Andrews confirmed the supply line and that wasn't covered by the warranty.
Jeffrey came back and installed a larger gas supply line. Very pleased with the service. -

Kyle Miller, my Flame furnace technician today, thankfully got my furnace running,. We have been freezing for 3 1/2 days, with the furnace barely blowing, only running a few minutes and then turning off. Thankfully he found the dehumidifier pump was clogged again, just like last January. He rerouted the tubing to drain directly into the floor drain, changing the tubing routing from upward, under the rafters and then draining down into the basement sink, which basically worked against gravity. I was happy to hear it was covered under my warranty. He also installed a new non-programmable thermostat, per my requestI, because my current one had been giving me issues, e.g. jumping the set temp up higher than I had set it for. I was truly expecting the cost to be higher than the $390.29. Kyle was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job. I recommend Flame for any HVAC service.

Flame Heating & Cooling came out to help me resolve a plumbing issue. The first technician was friendly and knowledgeable but felt my issue required input from a master plumber. The next day the master plumber came out, presented me options to consider. He is going to email me an estimate with their recommendation. It will be an expensive fix and require outside work so he said I will have extended time to decide whether to go forward or not. I am very impressed with all the employees, from the gal that answered the phone, to text updates & replies, the plumbers and their follow-ups. Flame seems to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. They only charged me for one inquiry type visit. No doubt I will use them again.
