H2O Plumbing, Sewer and Drain

10/10 stars for h2o and another 10/10 for David, absolutely great service. Called around 7am for a leaking water heater (gas heater, so even bigger pain and a little bit anxiety inducing). I was told they could get me in same day between 12 and 3 and was already extremely happy that I’d have someone coming out within a few hours, but David had finished another job early and was here way before noon even. Identified the problem quickly and we had a new gas pipe corrected and tank fully installed and working just a couple of hours later. I’m writing this review at 2pm and he’s already done and gone. Would absolutely recommend and will use again 👏🏻

I can't say enough good things about this company. I called the offic on Saturday morning looking for a company to clean out my septic tank. The gentleman told me they did not have a honey wagon but proceeded to help me find someone to come help. Fast forward to Monday morning after the septic company cleaned my tank only to discover the drainage was still an issue. I called H20 back Monday afternoon and they had me on the schedule the next morning. Two very helpful and patient men came and snaked my laundry room and kitchen sink. They took their time to help clear my drains but after 2 different types of snakes that only opened the drain partly they recommended I use a drain cleaner to see if that will help clear them prior to hydro flushing that could run $800-$1000 to clear my pipes. I appreciate the 2 mens recommended the cleaner instead of just pushing the more expensive option. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends as they didn't try and upsell me something that I might not ever need. Thank you so much H20 for being a great company that actually cares about helping their customers instead of just making money.
