Roofing & Gutters reviews in Warren, Michigan

The crew from SAS did a great job! They were friendly & professional. The price I was quoted was the price I paid which was very reasonable. Thanks, SAS!

Randy came at the appointment time. He is a very friendly, kind, knowledgeable person. He patiently listened to our water story. We went to basement and he did his assessment of what was going on. He explained everything in understandable terminology. He explained what we needed to do, gave us an estimate and a tentative time to do the job. Excellent service from SAS

Dino and his crew were great! Very hard working and professional. They got things leveled that the previous company couldn’t. Dino also overcame the problems created by the foam the previous company used. They worked long days to get the job(s) done and took great care of our home. Dino and his crew had such a good attitude about the hard work they were doing. Totally trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

We hired SAS to complete a waterproof system on the interior of our basement. The work was completed timely and professionally. When we asked questions, the response was provided timely. Appreciate their service.

We used SAS to resolve a slight water immersion issue in one of our basement walls. This company was highly recommended to us by the house inspector as we were selling our home.
SAS did not disappoint. They sent a tech out to evaluate the issue, knew exactly what the problem was and how to permanently remediate it. They came out within the week, fixed the problem at a very reasonable price, with lifetime warranty transferable with the home to future owners. Moreover, as a retired military veteran I also received a discount.
First class contractor, professional, courteous and fair competitive pricing.

A tree had fell on my home so instead of getting patchwork done we wanted to get the whole roof replaced and I called SAS they were very professional. The salesman came to my house on time and as planned. He was very thorough and explained everything. He even brought real samples of shingles to my home and the roof was done swiftly (within 2 days). The crew was professional and very neat! Everything was cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend SAS for anyone needing a roof replacement. Again I cannot stress enough this company is wonderful. SAS gave a thorough plan of what needed to be done. SAS crew did a great job; quality workmanship and in a professional manner. I recently had the pleasure of working with SAS Services to address an issue with my basement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

The team at SAS Waterproofing demonstrated an impressive level of expertise and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explaining each step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. Their knowledge and experience were evident, giving me confidence that I was in capable hands.

The waterproofing solution they implemented was highly effective. The materials and techniques used were of top-notch quality, and the workmanship was impeccable.

Communication with SAS was seamless. They were punctual, respectful of my property, and always kept me informed about the progress. Any questions or concerns I had were promptly addressed, making the entire process stress-free.

The results speak for themselves. My basement is now completely dry, even after heavy rains. The peace of mind that comes with knowing my home is protected from water damage is invaluable. I can confidently say that SAS exceeded my expectations in every way.

Have used these guys for waterproofing system as well as straps for a bowing wall in my house. Also used them for injection crack fixes in my father’s house.
All quality work, professional workers, try to contain mess/dust and thorough clean up.
Most recently I worked with Jordan who is super nice, answered all of my questions and did an amazing job in my basement.
I will continue to use SAS and also recommend them to anyone I can.
Much appreciated!!!

SAS did a great job on my roof repairs! Larry was very transparent and the cost was reasonable! I was very satisfied. So much that I’m having them come back out and replace the entire roof this go round! I’ll keep y'all updated!

Complete and thorough job. A company that stands behind their quality work.

SAS just did a second job for me and the results were amazing. The garage floor looks incredible. It was leveled and epoxied by Dino who did a fantastic job. He took extra time prepping the floor, which was in bad shape. He helped me pick out a beautiful slate grey color for the finish. And when I said I needed it done quickly, he worked on the job over the weekend to get it finished.
Thank you Dino for the amazing job. It was a pleasure working with you and your crew!

We had big water issues to solve for the entire house. Our project incorporated gutters, crawlspace waterproofing, sump pump work, french drains and concrete work. SAS services was the only company that could handle the entire project at a reasonable price. It's been nearly 4 years and our crawlspace and front yard drain and remain dry and no issues with the concrete driveway. Steve and crew were efficient and addressed any questions or concerns we had throughout the project. Highly recommend!!

Dino was a very hard working and prepared professional. He went beyond on helping us to get the job done sooner than promised.

Steve from SAS checked on our existing basement waterproof system. Very knowledgeable. Have always been really pleased with the work and the service provided by SAS. Even had them do basement waterproofing on our children’s homes. This is a great company.

SAS has completed multiple services at my home: 2 concrete jobs and installation of a basement water proofing system with a sump pump. The team is organized, timely, performs high quality work, and the prices are reasonable. I plan to use their services in the future as well.

Called to get a basement repair for the chimney clean out. Had a estimate and appointment quickly. Work was done in a day, cleaned up and video shared of the problem. We've had several rains and a dry basement. Love the transferable warranty on the work!

I was pleasantly surprised when I met Larry Karash he gave us a roof and gutter quote. He was so professional, there when he said he would be and answered all our questions.
The roof and gutters look AMAZING and I will be using this company again and I recommend you do the same you won’t be disappointed!

Had SAS pour cement patio and do some concrete leveling. Great work all around, and Steve and Dino both very good to deal with.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Competitively priced, quality work with a warranty and he came early. Thanks to John and Steve.
